My nails didn't last. He took someone in before I came in with an appointment. Not impressed.

This was my first time here. I went in for a pedicure and full set. I was refused serviced after my rushed pedicure for asking the guy can he file my toe nails some more. He stated that I could go somewhere because I was not happy when I nicely asked and explained that I only wanted him to file them down correctly. I'm referring to him as "the guy" because he refuse d to give me his name stating, "I don't have a name". If I'm paying for a service, it should not be a problem to fix what is being asked to be fixed. I don't want it to be a race issues but I am African American. My money spends anywhere and I'm a good tipper. His lost. That is not how you conduct business. read more

Worst pedicure of my life! The man was incredibly rude, rushed through the pedicure...totally half assed it. I also needed my nails shortened a bit. Again, he rushed. My nails were uneven in length and looked crooked. Then he had the audacity to ask how much I was going to tip him. They were incredibly rude. Horrible horrible service. H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. Do not waste your money. Came in from out of town for my sisters wedding, needed just a simple shellac French manicure and I wish I wouldn't have gotten my nails done AT ALL. Seriously having nothing would be better than this. Go somewhere else or heck, paint your own nails! read more

I came in a few weeks ago while I was In town visiting family for a pedicure and full set. My pedicure was disappointing, the gentlemen spent a total of 15-20 minutes on my feet. My polish lasted about 1 week before chipping. The lady that did my nails was sweet but they are clearly under staff. During the service she mentioned how tired she was from having a long busy day. Mind you, My sister and I were the last clients of the day so I felt completely rushed! read more

I went in to get a spa pedicure. I can do my own pedicures, but I go for the relaxation factor...the massage and attention to details. I got a very quick pedicure in which she cut my toe nails crooked and left one unclipped....the massage was basically one minute of lotion being slapped on my foot and leg as if I had sunburn and she didn't want to hurt me and was repulsed by my leg...less then a week later and my nail polish is chipping. I give them two stars instead of one because the massage chair was okay, and the male who works there looked like he was doing a great job on the woman sitting next to me. My first review was 1 star and is below. However, I have upped my review to 3 stars because the actual manager, Cindy, called me the next day, and she redid my nails. She was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again. Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed! I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. It was $30, and I had saved up and was really excited. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, which I could have lived with, but when I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance it's fine, but up close it's really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and we'll do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me again! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? So, I will be paying another establishment to remove the shellac and redo my manicure. I WILL NOT return to this establishment EVER, nor will any of my sisters, or my friends. read more

My mom went in to get a manicure and pedicure. The man rushed through both services and was NOT friendly. He talked her into the more expensive shellac service, and 4 days later the color turned green!!! When she went in to have them redone they refused a free refund and continued to tell her: "It doesn't matter what you say!" "No guarantees." They are unbelievable RUDE and completely filthy. Nothing is sanitary in there, be careful!!! Nobody go here! I only gave them 1 star because this site makes me. They are 0 star quality! read more

This place is not good I do not recommend they trick you for the more expensive service and they rush everything I came here twice because the first time wasn't too bad but the guy did leave some bumps and deformities in mine and my friends nails but we figured it was because he did both of us at the same time but the next time we went we realized this place wasn't good they tricked my friend into getting the more expensive service when all she wanted was a fill she paid for 30 dollars that's more then a full set and then I went to get mine taken off and she literally just took them off and sent me on my way they looked like shit I could of done that for free every where else I go to they at least make them look a little better and she kept trying to push me into the mani...I'm no pleased with this place it's the last time I come here be warned people if you want the basic 25 full set get your polish from the wall don't be tricked! read more

It doesnt even deserve one star. Start to finish 15 minutes. Feet rough, didnt cut cuticle, still have dirt in toenails from garden, $5 for 1 minute hot stone, and scrub was not free. Should be reported to better business bureau. AWEFUL!!! SUCKED!!!!! read more

WORST pedicure I have ever had. It was 15 minutes long and felt more like a quick polish change, but yet I was still charged full price. Wanted a mani too, but the guy decided to take my shellac off with the drill. It hurt so bad, so I stopped him after two nails! My 13 year old niece was with me for her first pedi and the lady was too busy watching tv and hurt her feet. Worst paint job as well. Will NEVER go back. I do not recommend this place. AT ALL!!!! I went there to get my nails done on a Wednesday, by Friday they were lifting and by Sunday they had lifted so badly that two nails came off! When I went in to have them taken off they still made me pay to do it! Even thought the first thing I said was when I walked in was that they had been coming off after only a couple days. They're response was that was just how much it cost no matter what. It didn't matter that the man had cut me underneath one of my nails trying to take them off, I had to pay no matter what! I made an appointment for one week out to get my nails done for me and my bridle party! The day I came in as the bride they were under staffed (even though they knew we where coming in!). They rushed me and my girls not giving me the full pedicure! All they did was paint our nails! When it came to my manicure I was really set on a designs since my hands are going to be in a lot of pictures! The color was wrong and the lady couldn't even do the heart on the one nail like I ask! They looked like something I could do! All she did about it was round the heart off leaving the white paint showing on the pink nail polish! I was so upset, she didn't even offer to redo them, she just walked away going to help someone else! She was going to have me pay more money if I want to redo them! I ended up having to go to a different nail place to get my nails done right! The man doing my bridesmaid did the wrong color and in the middle of her manicure he got up and left! So happy with my nails. Had a horrible experience with de'france nails, who made my nails uneven, and different lengths and Cindy fixed them right up. She was very talkive with me and loved the color I picked so much she did her own nails with it. :) Cindy was a doll and I will go there again. :) read more
