It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. But the result was much more, the variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, (some bearing berries for birds) is the envy of the entire neighborhood. I put a blower on the driveway in an attempt to get it dried. The blower created waves in the sealant, which obviously had too much water in it. I contacted Seal King Somerset and was told it was because our driveway is shaded. They came back to reapply and this time it dried in a couple of days...more evidence the sealant in the first application was defective. Looked good until Spring, when it started flaking off in large pieces, eventually turning to "mud", and finally a fine black powder that was tracked everywhere, including inside the house. I contacted them again and they said they would do it a third time, but at this point I did not trust they knew what they were doing. I asked for at least a partial refund and was told they do not give refunds...an example of their version of customer service. We had another vendor come out and they said they had never seen anything like it and SK's claims about shade were false. They said the first application was likely defective, which prevented the second application from adhering. Ended up hiring the other company and it dried in 24 hours and looks great. AVOID SEAL KING SOMERSET!

The day of install required all cars be off driveways and stay off for 48 hours to cure. About a year later, I noticed that the coating is peeling away from the floor, an issue that is covered by CCOM's warranty. It has been about two months since I first contacted CCOM to discuss this problem. They won't even talk to me about it, leaving me on my own to pursue a repair or replacement. What kind of business doesn't stand behind their own work and refuses to even talk to a customer about a problem with their product?

As of today, May 13, 2026 the coating continues to peel away and I'm still waiting for Ryan to come and repair the work WHICH I OFFERED TO PAY FOR (ridiculous I know). Ryan blames the peeling on moisture, but when my husband and I coated our garage back in 2004 we got 10 years out of the DIY Home Depot product we used. It started yellowing from sun damage, which is why we wanted to redo it. What a huge mistake that was, and a waste of $5300. Ryan is unresponsive at best, condescending when he actually replies (*AFTER* the job is finished), and does not stand behind his warranty. He has no problem selling you a product, but the only guarantee you'll get is that you'll never see him again if something goes wrong.

He and his crew were…read moreat our house when he said he would be there, which I appreciated, and got to task clearing the space, and putting in forms, etc. Glenn had some interesting ideas that were very helpful in figuring out how to design the patio. It was an odd space and he was able to "eyeball" it and recommend several options prior to getting started. Every attention to detail was given. Our patio was poured and it had a nice slope draining water away from the house with some nice flowing lines to accentuate the space. The patio has been in for several years now and it still looks terrific -- no cracks, no problems. We love it! The clean-up afterwards was done in a timely manner and everything was hauled away with no mess or fuss. Our home was left in tip-top shape! When I called Glenn the other day re another project, he was telling us he had gotten his General Contractor's License. So early June we are having him help with our kitchen and laundry room, taking out old countertops, putting in new sinks and plumbing fixtures and tiling the backsplash areas above the countertop. What I like about Glenn is he's a straight shooter. He doesn't dance around your questions and his pricing is always good. He's a very reliable, hard working guy. I trust him. He's top-notch!
