I have called to complain but have only been able to leave a message. I asked for a reply and am waiting for their response. I'll post again depending on the outcome. I quizzed the front desk about the new policy and the told me I could get 1/3 yard but would have to the price of a 1/2 yard. What a lame policy. I've spent plenty of money at patio town not anymore.
