I am so glad that I contacted Real Tech for repair on my LG washer! First impression, response time was extremely fast. After 5 minutes of contacting Niko, I was already set up with an appointment within the next couple hours! Niko is very knowledgeable and explained in detail of all of the work that would be performed before he started. After the diagnostic, it turned out that my pump had failed. In my mind, I was thinking he would have to come back later on in the day or maybe even the next day but he already had that specific part in hand and ready to work. Took him about 20 minutes to complete then called me over to run the test cycle together. As he thoroughly ran through each mode, he also gave me a lot of pointers of things to look out for if I ever run into any issues later on down the road.
