Take a look at their reception area, papers everywhere, a mess..dirty and dusty!! Appearance says a lot. If they don't even care what customers can see, that tells you a lot. Even though it looked like a mess in there. I bought a washer and dryer set for about $745, since I was trying to be frugal and it was cheap. The dryer was fine. The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out. Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated! Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out. I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME?? Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty.

Ron was polite and very efficient, explained exactly the steps and procedure for the maintenance and what other components he will thoroughly check to ensure our dryer was functioning properly. You can tell he's experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. He took apart the dryer vacuumed out all debris , cleaned dryer vent line, oiled all the rollers and checked all the heating elements and was done in an hour. I called Sunny Appliance and they had a technician out in the next few days. Luis removed the offending part and said he'd be back once a new part was in. In the meantime, the dryer could be used, although it was a bit noisier. The part arrived the following week and I confirmed the repair appointment time. Sunny Appliance called me the day they were supposed to come out and do the repair asking me when did I want to schedule the repair. When I said I had confirmed for that day, they said I wasn't on the schedule. They said they would see what they could do and called a few minutes later saying they would be out later that day. Luis came again, and successfully repaired the dryer. Even though they had made a scheduling error they went to great lengths to correct it. lied and sold me AMAZON PARTS I Insisted on OEM Parts from…read moremy first phone call and low and behold i got lied to and amazon parts at TOP $$$$$$ My washing machine pump failed 10 months ago i called these guys and told them its not draining it needs a pump "can you bring a NEW LG PUMP i DONT want knock off parts i want factory parts" Being a contractor myself i knew it was the pump you could hear it when it ran it was messed up and didnt drain so i told them model and serial # to bring pump with them they confirmed. tech showed up removed my pump and sure enough it was broken runs out to his van grabs a all white taped up box comes in tosses in the pump and hey it worked "FOR NOW" gives me the bill $257.40 takes old pump with him see you later bye! Me being in the service industry myself i know this was not a factory pump it was not an LG box it had no part number on it it look like it came out of a damn amazon locker!!!!!! for goodness sakes! if i amazon that pump its $25 I called them furious I let them know this is illegal to have these kind of mark ups!!! Per the California state Attorney General any business in the state of California is legally allowed a 33% markup on materials. So I don't care if you're selling groceries and you're on the biggest grocery chain in the industry you're still only allowed a 33% mark up or if you're selling liquor or cigarettes at the corner store you're only allowed to 33% markup however I was charged 185 bucks for a $25 pump out of an Amazon locker. They assured me they used a factory replacement pump and priced me per the blue book Here we are 10 months down the road and I wake up to my wife telling me our laundry room is flooding the washing machine just drained all over the floor Of course we mop and clean all that up and I called another technician from another reputable company I explain that the pump is replaced about 10 months ago however it was aftermarket...... They told me to leave the machine off until they get here with new pump Lo and behold technician shows up tears apart my machine and what does he find??????????????? Broken pump and pump is full of water leaking Is the pump and LG part?????? Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great.
