In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home. They just all seem to lack compassion, pride, and service. All they ever really cared about was collecting money and avoiding repair and maintenance calls or emails till they couldn't dodge the issue. Last year when I was relocating from Los Angeles to Minneapolis I only had two days to find an apartment. I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? I told him "yes!I was", but I told him my credit is a work in progress and not high... He said let me guess "Student Loans and Medical Bills"?I said "Yes"! and he told me he didn't care about that stuff and as long as I'm a nice person that's all he looks for... next day I looked at the apartment. I ended up dropping the deposit the next day and had the lease signed before I Flew back to Los Angeles. It all happened so fast and easy. Tom even had the lights turned on for me in my name when I arrived. Any time I had a repair issue, even emailing him late at night they would be taking care of it first thing in the morning. Tom's work ethic is unprecedented and within minutes of talking to him you can tell he radiates a passion for what he does. I had to move my clothes because my personal belongings were getting damaged. Invitation Homes has come three different times to address the issue, but each visit only involved briefly looking at the wall and attempting to dry the water from the rug. I was told they are waiting for a proposal. Today I was informed that the earliest available appointment is April 3, which means waiting 12 more days just for someone to come look at the walls again. This is unacceptable given the severity of the situation. The entire wall needs to be opened to address what appears to be a leaking pipe. The carpet and padding need to be removed and replaced, and the water on the floor needs to be properly extracted. There is now a strong odor developing in the room. The walls, window seal, window blinds, and window screen are also damaged and need replacement. Last night, water even started dripping from the ceiling lights and vents, which forced me to move my bed all the way to the door just to avoid getting wet while sleeping. This situation has made my bedroom unsafe and unlivable, and I am extremely disappointed with the delay in repairs and lack of urgency shown so far. Literally the room is flooding with water from outside and dirt mixed in.

The tenants ended up finding our contact info and reaching out because Aaroosh was MIA. Thank God for good, ethic tenants or we would've been screwed. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. Your home is a major investment. Don't waste your time with this fraud.

We were compensated $200 for our labor. Aroosh left the company and Tyler took over. Way more professional and responsive, we were hopeful things would get better. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

I've used them for my own condo as well as for my clients whose properties I oversee. GMC manages most of the properties in downtown Minneapolis and I think they are the best in their field. They excel at handling complicated and troublesome challenges such as construction defects and long term budgeting. I have always found their handling of day to day issues such as billing and Re-Sale disclosures to be handled better than any other management firm. As a Realtor I am exposed to several management companies, so I have some experience here.

Repair requests typically are never answered promptly and it's usually a 90/10 chance they don't get done unless it's a gigantic problem they can't not deal with. If you are planning on using them - DONT!
