DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They do nothing but try to steal you're money. They don't fix anything unless you constantly harass them. "God helps those who helps themselves" is NOT something you should hear from your property management company. Everyone I have talked to who has rented from them has been miserable and left after the lease was over. When we came and to see the property they couldn't answer any questions and acted like we were taking up his time, couldn't answer and questions and didn't even know what the rent would be, and he was the owner. Do not trust them. I moved and they asked me to keep the gas on so the pipes wouldn't freeze. They moved new tenants in and they never put the gas in their name. I called Norm and he did nothing to help. I am now in collection for $465 for gas I did not use. read more

The only reason I gave them one star was because zero stars is not an option. After a year of living in the house I was renting, the landlord decided to turn the responsibilities over to RTA. A couple months later, the washing machine was having issues, so I called them to see if they could have someone fix it. After calling them 3 times, someone finally came out (about 3 weeks later). The guy said it was a plumbing issue and he would inform them that they had to have a plumber come out and take a look at it. A couple weeks later, I called them, and they said they didn't hear anything about that, so I told them that they would have to call a plumber out. After asking them 4 different times on the phone, and getting nowhere, I decided to go into the office and deal with them face to face. As soon as I mentioned it, one of the managers there got loud with me, and told me someone had already fixed it and that I must have broken it again, on purpose. Luckily, one of my moms friends was trying to get rid of her old washing machine, so I grabbed that. The male manager is the field manager, and he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. They wanted another security deposit, on top of the one I paid a year prior. They wanted us to sign another lease, which was completely understandable, but after I talked to them 4 or 5 different times, they were still too lazy to write one up for us. I am currently moving out of there, and they not only want to keep my security deposit, but they want me to pay for the month of October (I am moving out at the end of September). I have never once had a pleasant experience with them. Every single time I have walked in the office, or called them, I got nothing but dirty looks, and rudeness. The only good thing they have going for them, is the nice girl that sits at the front desk. Even so, she took my roommates information, and sent him a text asking him out on a date (which I'm pretty sure is illegal). PLEASE, if you plan on renting in the area, DO NOT go through them. If your landlord plans on going through a real estate company, please tell them to go through someone else. read more
