Aspen Property Management managing in Edgewood, MD -- and they are by far the WORST management company I've ever encountered. They claim to "serve the community," but that's nothing more than a hollow slogan. In reality, Aspen exists to exploit and take advantage of the very communities they're supposed to protect. Case in point: they're out here towing cars from property owners -- not random abandoned vehicles -- but actual residents -- for the most minor of infractions. We're talking about something like a flat tire that happened just one day prior. No grace. No courtesy notice. No decency. Instead, they send in their go-to tow company -- basically glorified predatory patrols -- riding around like bounty hunters, looking for any reason to snatch cars off the lot. It's sneaky, unethical, and downright egregious. Aspen isn't here to build or support communities -- they're here to profit off of people's misfortunes, one towing fee, fine, and headache at a time. If you're thinking about doing business with them -- DON'T. Run in the opposite direction. There are better options out there. Don't allow this company to cause you unnecessary stress, financial strain, and frustration. Aspen Property Management is a disgrace to what community management is supposed to be.

I googled snow removal here in Elkton and found Davis. A half hour later I heard the plow coming up our steep and long driveway. Mr. Davis was kind, thorough and reasonably priced. He not only plowed but salted too both driveway and walkway. I'm going to use his services year round!
