I was impressed with the positive reviews I read -- particularly on the service of John -- so I called to see about setting up an appointment. I spoke with John and was further impressed. He answered all of my questions, illustrated his knowledge, and offered services at a reasonable price. I set up an appointment for the following week. John arrived on time, walked me through what he would be doing, and was thorough in his approach. Within 10 days, John provided a very detailed appraisal report. He also followed-up and spent about 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions. He was patient, professional, and polite.
