We contacted them to discuss some improvements to the comps, but received a confrontational response. However, don't take my word for it ... the numbers speak for themselves. We sold the home to a 3rd party, unrelated buyer within a few weeks for more than 20% more than their appraised value! That's a lot of money. The buyer's independent appraisal also confirmed the the sales value, showing that the appraisal we purchases lacked value.
