This place is really hit or miss depending on which nail technician you get. I've had some…read morewonderful gel mani/pedis here, but also a few that were pretty lackluster. On my last visit, I brought my daughter with me. We weren't given a choice about the type of pedicure, usually they give you a menu. I decided to switch to a regular pedicure this time since I was already getting a gel manicure for my birthday, and my daughter was getting a pedi and gel mani for her homecoming dance. Altogether, we were spending quite a bit of money, so I expected good service. Unfortunately, my pedicure turned out terrible. The polish looked rushed, had almost no shine from the start, and started chipping within a week. My nail tech also filed my fingernails unevenly -- even after I asked her to fix them, they ended up much shorter than I wanted. My daughter liked her gel manicure, but her regular pedicure was also just okay. I can't help but feel like they put little effort into the regular pedis because they want customers to upgrade to gel. Overall, I left disappointed and out over $200. We'll be finding another salon next time.
