Probably one of my favourite things I've had in a while. They were super juicy, flavourful, and had the perfect amount of spice. The broth inside was delicious and the dumpling itself was cooked perfectly. I genuinely loved them. I also got the beef and chive dumplings which were fried, and those were sooo good too. Crispy on the outside, really flavourful filling, and just overall done really well. You can tell the food is made fresh and with good quality ingredients. And then for dessert we got the chocolate dumplings... WOW. 10/10. I genuinely can't recommend them enough. They were warm, crispy, chocolatey, and honestly the perfect dessert. The brick room's interior is covered with red bricks and fun fact - red bricks are great to keep rooms cooler during summer and warmer during winters! It was pricey at $10, but honestly one of the best I've ever had. They instruct you to sip the foam first before mixing, and the flavours were bold with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was incredible. They actually brought my drink over, which I wasn't expecting, and when we were done they came by with water and cleared our empty cups. Such a pleasant surprise!
