You are probably in the same position I was a few weeks ago. Determined you have an issue with your roof and not sure where to turn. I turned to my neighbors for recommendations and each just wanted to replace the roof in some cases without an inspection. Quotes were based on square footage and age. Found Realm roofing after spending some time sorting through all the different reviews on yelp and contacted Dennis. Dennis immediately called me back and wanted to do a no charge full analysis of the situation. His goal was to determine what was needed-could he repair a portion of the roof or would it be a worst case scenario of replacement. Well, he first went on the roof and then went into the attic and if you want pictures this is your guy. He sent me tons of pictures and determined that a roof replacement was unfortunately necessary-again plenty of pictures to back up his guidance. He invited me to look in the attic (which I have never done) and the damage was beyond my imagination. Dennis worked through the quote and even went beyond with gutter replacement and special pricing with x number of boards beyond original plan. Quote was very detailed and was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other 3 quotes I had received. He even went further by offering to install gutter guards over the back side of the house where we have many trees for no additional charge to the original quote. Dennis is a communicator and I absolutely loved the detailed information that he shared outlining everything. He spelled out the lifetime warranty on the shingles, workmanship warranty of 10 years and everyone words their confusing warranties differently but spelled out pretty much everyone is the same regardless of verbiage. Dennis only uses top rated materials (shingles were consumer reports top rated) and his crew is extremely friendly and hard working. Cleaned up each day and could not be more satisfied with the end result. The roof looks absolutely amazing and I know it was done right. He went further by adding in extra materials such as flash guards that were not originally on the roof. I strongly recommend to give Realm roofing a chance-you will not be disappointed and Dennis will over communicate the entire project from start to finish. Even better, since I am now a customer, he will clean roof yearly (up to me) for a very small fee and knows what he is looking for since it is now his project and we are a customer. No more searching for a roofer, or a roof cleaning company. Our roof was unprofessionally installed with lots of exposed nails and missing parts (flashings around vents, chimney and drip metal). I called Realm roofing with some doubt since they have so little reviews. Dennis came quickly to assess the situation and provided professional advice with regards to repairing or replacing the entire roof. I finally decided to bite the bullet of $11K I spent earlier this year and have them come in to tear down and reinstall shingles. Yes, you only learn this type of lesson once in your life. AMAZING set of roofers! I am building an addition onto a house I am renovating and remodeling, and the roofer who I had originally hired backed out at the last minute. I tarped the addition and started contacting roofers. I contacted REALM at 1 p.m. on a Tuesday. Denis was at the house by 3 p.m. to measure and find out what I wanted to do, and they had a bid to me by 6 p.m. On Wednesday mid-day I had a couple of other bids, but REALM was the lowest. I asked them when they could start, and he said "we'll be there tomorrow morning." They showed up with a crew of five guys, and had the whole job completed by noon, including cleanup. They are clearly an experienced and very hard-working group. So it took them less than 48 hours from my first contact to having the job done, the work is top-notch (I'd had many houses and additions re-roofed, as renovating houses is what I do, and I have zero complaints about the quality of the work), and the price was WAY lower than the next best. If you're looking for that very rare combination of Good, Fast, AND Cheap, don't hesitate to give these guys a chance. They don't have a lot of reviews, and frankly I was willing to risk less-than-perfect work because they were cheap and available fast, but I'm telling you, the quality of the work was impeccable. I am very glad I chose them, and they will absolutely be my first, and probably only call for my next roofing project. read more
