I was taken here Saturday morning for breakfast. The counter has some old Pepsi Co. memorabilia displaying around it. Most prominently an old Mt. Dew sign from days gone by. There is never a big wait and if I'm ever looking for something over the counter, the pharmacist will come out and help me find what I'm looking for, helping me pick the best product, based on my needs. They also have a drive through that usually isn't busy and they always take care of things with my doctors office if there is ever a mistake (ex: my doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong medicine and the pharmacist at Realo called to get everything straightened out). They do the things that you would just expect a pharmacy with good customer service to do, unlike the big chains.
