Buyer submitted offer and Colliers received acceptance from sellers with plenty of time to spare (7 hours) however did not convey that acceptance to the buyers agent within the required response time. That could have killed the deal for the sellers. Colliers didn't seem to care. Fortunately for the sellers the transaction proceeded. Calls to Colliers are extremely slow to get returned. Just overall poor service. Hope I don't work with them on anything again.
