Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. I carefully prepared by packing additional boxes, labeling everything clearly, and organizing where items should go in the new apartment. About three hours into the move, the crew said the truck was full and left a large amount of my belongings behind at the original house. When we arrived at the apartment, the movers damaged the floor in the entryway and initially denied responsibility even after I showed them photos of the condition beforehand. The service advertised as "white glove" was never delivered. Items removed from walls were not rehung, furniture was not fully set up, and much of the crew stood around waiting for payment while the job remained incomplete. To make matters worse, I paid over $2,000, and the company ultimately refused to return to finish the job. I was left with three truckloads of my belongings still at the house, which I then had to move myself. The movers themselves were polite, but the planning, coordination, and follow-through from management were extremely disappointing. I expected professional service and instead experienced property damage and an incomplete move.

They said they'd get back to me with an ETA and I didn't get anything. They really didn't seem to care so I guess they won't care about my honest review. It's not like I was asking for same day service. Professionals don't do this. If there's a problem, a professional will call you and make you aware of the problem. They didn't call. I had to call them and when they told me they'd put me on the schedule first thing the following day, I said NO! I waited 5 hours before I called. I've called another company and I'll edit this review after the work is completed. The MOORES DOORS COMPANY HAS NO PROBLEMS WASTING YOUR TIME SO DON'T LET THEM. Don't do business with people like these who don't care if they waste your time. There are better companies so use another company!
