The evidence on Yelp alone speaks for itself, in addition to the fact that they have removed themselves from the BBB website, due to too many complaints. I mean, seriously. I have contacted code enforcement, so the city can handle the mess they left behind, but I highly suggest you look elsewhere for property management if you care about your investment in the long run. The kicker is when I told them I wanted to charge more for my property - they said I would never get it - guess what? I got it and hired a new property mgt company. It is almost 90 degrees outside so we are very uncomfortable. The one conversation we had, we were told it was not an emergency because we didn't have a baby. Our entire experience with the company has been poor. Their lease is ridiculous and borderline egregious, as are most places so that we could get past. But that coupled with terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE, service makes it just not worth it. If you have any other options I highly recommend going with a different company. Tenants who pay their rent on-time and never have any issues should be able to get their AC fixed asap. Very dissapointed.
