My own insurance undervalued my vehicle, they didn't care what I had to say, they didn't care what proof of value I had. Progressive sent me a list of comps that were not comps at all, it was a list of 2wd vehicle ( my car was 4wd ) they didn't care what I said or how I said it. I was frustrated, mentally exhausted and becoming overwhelmed by it all. On a Saturday evening I sent provalue a message, they responded quickly and asked me to send my files over to them and they would look at it on Monday morning, I did and Henry called me around noon on Monday and told me I was right, I deserved more, and he would get it for me. It sounded too good to be true, it wasn't. When it was all said and done, thanks to provalue I ended up with 4k more in my bank account, THIS IS AFTER PAYING PROVALUE'S FEES 4k more, its a huge improvement, it makes a difference. I should have contacted ProValue right away, I wasted weeks thinking Progressive would fight for me.....well Progressive didn't fight for me, Progressive didn't make it right, But PROVALUE DID FIGHT FOR ME Thank you to the ProValue team!

At times, I had to wonder how someone SO careless was actually granted a license to appraise ANYTHING as he's horrifically lacking in judgment and in detail when it comes to a DECENT appraisal. To start, he spent approximately 15 minutes looking at my 1230 sq ft condo in DTLA. He asked perhaps 5-6 questions. He didn't even bother to note that outside my double windows stood a 300 SQ FT BALCONY! A feature SO unique to DTLA. What's worse is that he used comps in the area that CLEARLY had no resemblance to the uniqueness of my condo. When asked if he'd like to see the amenities of my unit, which includes a pool, jacuzzi, basketball courts and a gym, he declined. I figured this guy must know what the DTLA market is about. I was sadly mistaken. There are AT LEAST 6 other items on my appraisal that were grossly inaccurate and it severely affected the value of my property. RON, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR PROFESSION AND I HOPE YOU DON'T CONTINUE TO RUIN PEOPLE'S LIVES WITH YOUR NEGLIGENCE.
