I'n addition to screenshots of the chats and the delivery from FedEx. I paid for the 10x10 tent on the 27th of March. The item was left at the door on April 7th. To which I opened on my first event on April 14th and you can see from the pictures how this is not a sturdy outdoor tent as he said in the chat. Made from cheap thin material. It broke in more than 3 places, first day!! Although there was no wind the day of the event, his manufacturer told him (as per that chat ) and assumed I put it in windy conditions. Although that wasn't the case, but it is supposed to be an out door tent for a business! I spoke to him on the 16th telling him the situation and really didn't expect his reply. Instead of apologising and sending another one he first says that they have excellent customer service, then starts to ask for 75$ shipping fees. The first time the seller charged me 35$ for shipping. Now that this is a damaged item, what guarantees the next frame would be better quality. In addition, I should pay for shipping only once for a correct and solid item not keep on paying shipping because of a cheap manufactured product. Once you lose trust in the material, what guarantees (even if I pay the shipping) that the new one would be better. The first one was supposedly custom made, meaning it is the best they can do! This is not a cheap priced item, I paid 550$ for it and I expect to see a product worth that much. I got a big cut and a small one from the broken pieces. I'm addition, I can't use it in events any more. So affecting medically and financially. Do not do business with those people.

They promised I was a little leery after reading the reviews but I prayed about it and took a chance and I'm glad I did because we have our very own custom advertising Balloon now, and it was affordable, the quality is great! They also told me they would repair any holes if they're ever were any that developed through wear and tear.
