They don't care about causing any damage to your car and they especially won't inform you when they cause the damage. Took my car in to get a pre-roadtrip check about a month ago, and one of the mechanics snapped my hood cable so my hood is now unable to get open and it will cost between $200-$400 for me to get repaired. Of course, no one informed me that this occurred, so I had no clue my hood was broken until I tried to pop my hood open myself a few days later. My hood was functioning properly before I took it in, yet they declined that they caused damage and refuse to repair it so that's great for me! Went back to get my tires replaced a couple weeks later (don't know why I went back... that was my first mistake), and suddenly the trim on my car around my back tire is starting to come off. It's an easy fix, but it's just upsetting to see the damage they cause and don't inform me of, or even try to fix. Very disappointed. I never write bad reviews, but hopefully this will be helpful to others. You can tell they rush the job, aren't gentle with your car, and clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I would literally steer clear of this Provo location.

Instead today I brought my car to Les Schwab in Saratoga Springs to give a try. They checked all four tires and told me it only needed a patch. It only took them 30 minutes to fix my tire and didn't even charge me a cent. Thank you for being 100% honest with me and thank Grady he did such an amazing job being so patient with me during the whole service! As a tire shop, they never tried to push me to purchase new tires from them. I will definitely come back to them when I need new tires in the future.
