I feel so lucky they were there and helped me quickly and affordably. Bradley was able to remove the small nail and patch the tire ... incredible ... and Rafa was all over letting me know the status and providing an easy experience for payment at check-out (I waited next door at the new coffee place called Urban Sailor - so convenient for working while waiting). Mercer has all sorts of hit and miss reviews here on Yelp, but I think management has completely turned over and had a 10+ experience today. Came in to get a flat tire on my dually patched. The next…read moretime I drove it, the psi was low and they had put the inside tire on wrong so the valve wasn't accessible at all. Brought it back to get that fixed. Go to drive it again and the psi is still low. Bring it back a third time and apparently instead of patching it the first time, they just put a temporary plug?? Even though the hole was in the middle of the tire. Edit: my tire is ruined from being patched too many times and I have to buy 2 new ones.

They patched the tire with a bolt in it, tested another tire that I was concerned about, removed and replaced all the lug nuts requiring the key, all at no charge.
