I talked to the store manager, Lizzy, and was told I was being rude and shouting! I had her on my speaker so I could adjust the volume so I could hear her. I was not shouting. I am 73 years old, handicapped, hard of hearing, and living on a fixed income! I cannot afford to be driving around back and forth to this store wasting my expensive gas because the checker messed up my receipt. She should have looked at it and realized it was not complete! Growing up in this part of the country I knew about Braums but my have they changed. Anyway she wanted some ice cream and we saw Braums and decided to check it out. What a surprise we had. A fairly decent selection of ice cream. But we decided to have a mixer which is frozen yogurt mixed with some kind of topping (kinda like a blizzard but less on options). To my surprise it was pretty good. In fact so good we took daughter and grandson with us (they are from East coast too) the next day when they wanted ice cream. The service was super Friendly and good but not fast but not Slow. And the vibe did give off a fast food vibe but it was a happier vibe than like McDonald's or Taco Bell everyone in the place was smiling. Definitely check this place out ESPECIALLY if you have never been to a Braums it's a new experience waiting to happen.

The produce is plentiful and so reasonably priced, but you need to inspect carefully (as you should anywhere). I have yet to find an expired product (as some have claimed); perhaps the Tulsa store is more on top of this issue than others. I also have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, unlike complaints regarding other Winco stores. This is not a high-end store with a fancy bakery or tasting stations, but there are decent selections in every area. It's a clean, well-stocked discount grocery store. We shop here several times a week!

You should also check out the self-serve snacks (nuts, candies, etc.), florist, and bakery. We always find new stuff to try and have yet to be disappointed.
