Called Westshore heating for repair of furnace and they recommended these guys that could get to use faster. They had an opening to come in 45 minutes and two techs showed up ontime. Quickly found the issue with a faulty pressure switch and were finished in less than an hour. Total bill less than $200 with 1 year guarantee. Nice smart and personable techs. The lady that answers their phone actually spent several minutes trying to help us find fix by reading flashing codes. Super impressed with their service..highly redommended. read more

Randy did a check up on my 80 year old mothers furnace and charged her for an air filter media a nozzle and fuel filter. After he left the furnace began making a whining noise. I checked the furnace and found the filter media had not been changed and the screws to access the nozzle had not been re tightened after re assembly. Randy Reaume is rude and has no business dealing with the public. We will never use him again! He ran over our mailbox when he came to our house. Not happy. read more

Unbelievable! A little over 3 years ago we called Reaume to check our AC unit which had stopped working. We had moved into our condo in April, around Memorial Day this problem arose. Randy said that we needed a new unit. We were fine with that, not knowing how old the last one was. He replaced it with a unit that has been in the process of being phased out for the last 10 years due to being environmentally unfriendly. We have had nothing but problems and 7 service calls later (it took 3 $100.00+ calls for him to tell us we had the wrong filter) our new guy put in stop leak to try and buy us some time - we could not be more disappointed with Reaume - I don't know how this guy sleeps at night - beware! read more

Randy has been out several times for different repairs on our properties now. He is fast, organized, clean and really educated in his business. He replaced our hot water heater and did repairs on HVAC systems. He could have recommended I replace our heating system (it's over 20 years old.) but he honestly told us our system was just fine & it would not give us significant savings on the heating cost to replace it yet. He could have sold me a new system & I'd have been none the wiser, he's an honest and honorable business owner. His pricing is fair, his work is solid. Best you can get! read more

Furnace would start the inducer fan running and then shut down before the pilot lit. Bryan said we needed a new inducer fan motor because he could feel a "catch" in it. After returning with a new part the furnace still failed to work. Then he decided we needed a new control board because of oxidation (that we could not see). Then after one more try the furnace worked but he warned that we would need that board replaced. Two weeks later the furnace quit again and when I called he basically said I told you that board needed replacing or call someone else. After spending five hundred dollars for nothing with the option of losing a few hundred more I called French Heating and Cooling. Carl asked if the original fan motor was turning and when I replied yes he said there was probably nothing wrong with it. He then looked at the control board and said there was no oxidation and it checked out fine. After cleaning the flame sensor it has been working for the last couple of months with no problems. Reaume is at best incompetent or maybe just fraudulent. read more
