I checked with my bank and sent that info and said I paid. Then she gave me wrong move in date. No, I moved in on the 14th. There is no prorate. None of the services advertised are provided. If there's a dog park then make sure it's there because it's not. Water anyone? Good luck on having water because the manager won't fix water unless it's convenient for her. No trash service. Her dog will destroy any and all trash bags. You have to clean it because she won't come clean up after her dog in a timely manner. No trash service. We went 18 days without water in 2025 and we went 26 days without water in 2024. If you complain to her she will give attitude back. And water is not fixed for days. Not worth your time or money. No rules RV park and her dog will come poop in your yard and you have to clean it. She doesn't come out of the mobile home to do anything but she will give attitude under the guise of Christianity. Her behavior is the opposite of Christianity she still owes me money and hasn't paid up. I'm grateful to be gone and so is everyone else. No one wants to stay they. There is zero clean water. Liz and Mary need a better park manager. Not a nasty dirty person like Karen. She rinses in the fresh water holding tank and we are supposed to have that water delivered to our RV's. Absolutely disgusting. We smell terrible after a shower. There are better RV parks.

We travel for work and needed somewhere for a month. We have a nice spot with a outdoor covered area, we are not right on top of other RVs. They have laundry and are working on upgrading the WiFi to get it stronger. There are some homes and permanent RVs here but they aren't eyesores. Right off the main road and close to all the things you might need in town.

The office was closed when we came in, but a call to them and we were told to just pick a spot. Lots to choose from that time of year. Then, since we didn't want to unhook, we were told to just drop the money at the office when we left in the morning. It doesn't get any easier! I was born and raised in Houston, I live in a high-rise condo, and I live and work inside the 610 Loop. To say that I was excited to go to a true small town was an understatement. However, my excitement ebbed just a little bit when I asked Steve if there was a Hilton in Kenedy and all he did was ask me, "... Seriously?" I started to Google some of the lodging and I started getting scared. I've never stayed at a motel and I've (literally) had nightmares about wood paneling. Steve told me that this place was brand spanking new and the owners provided us lodging for the night since he was there to work. We arrived at about 11:00PM and Steve had to get straight to work so we just wanted to unload really quickly. First good thing -- they use key cards. In fact, they're not just regular key cards. They're the ones where you only have to wave it in front of the sensor to unlock the door. I know more hotels are acclimating to this system, but the only ones I've actually stayed at that do it are in Vegas. Now, our initial impression -- let me just shout out some words to you: hardwood floors, granite countertops, brushed metal faucets. The contracting company that designed and built this lodging is based in Houston and it definitely shows. This truly was my home away from home. I've heard that this place can get a bit pricey. But you definitely pay for it. If you're from a big city and you love to visit small towns, but still want the comforts and amenities of big city living, this is your place. PS. I had to edit this because I just remembered -- the bed is hard. I mean, I love firm beds. But this bed is hard as a rock. However, I didn't have a hard time falling asleep because I was exhausted from the drive, and when I woke up, I woke up with a buttload of energy and my back felt fantastic!

Place had rules posted up that made it clear they wouldn't tolerate behavior that makes an uncomfortable sat for any other guests (partying, loud music, unwelcome visitors). I expected dirty rooms and having to burn my clothes after, but that was not the case here. This place was nice. This is not a 5 star hotel. This is not a vacation destination for your family. If you want chocolate on your pillows go somewhere else and expect to pay more. This is the perfect place to grab a couple hours sleep off the road, or if a warm cozy bed if the deer camp gets too cold! Downside: towels were small, and the bed was uncomfortable for me. It wasn't a bad bed. It was one of those new hyped up memory foam mattresses everyone loves. As a big guy i prefer an old box spring or hybrid. I still slept like a baby, but I would've slept better on an old mattress. I know I'm weird...
