In my opinion, she presents herself as though she personally drives the entire process, even though she appears to operate with a large team of agents and support staff. That may work for some sellers, but from my perspective it makes the service feel more like a high-volume operation than a personally attentive real estate practice. I have also observed multiple listings that, in my opinion, appeared significantly overpriced and then sat on the market until substantial price reductions were made. In one instance, a property was taken off the market and then relisted at approximately $500,000 less. Even after that reduction, I still believed the property was overpriced based on my own review of the market. My biggest concern is the way she has handled buyer interest at prices below her asking price. When I expressed interest at what I believed was a more realistic price, her responses felt defensive, dismissive, and personally offended rather than professional. Instead of simply asking for the offer to be submitted and allowing the seller to evaluate it, she characterized the interest as "lowballing." When asked to support the listing price with comparable sales, she did not provide any meaningful comparable evidence. Most recently, after I reached out to see whether a potential offer could work, her immediate response was to ask who my Realtor was. When I told her, she replied, "How come she's not doing her job?" I found that response rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. In my opinion, a listing agent should not treat a buyer's pricing opinion as a personal insult, nor should she appear to shut down buyer interest before the seller has had a fair opportunity to consider it. To be clear, this review is based on my personal experience and opinions. I am not claiming to know what discussions occurred privately between the agent and her seller. However, as a prospective buyer, I was left with the impression that she was more focused on defending her list price and protecting her ego than encouraging a serious negotiation. Based on my experience, I would caution buyers and sellers to ask direct questions, request actual comparable sales data, and make sure all offers and buyer interest are being handled professionally and transparently.

The "supervisors" are not any better, they are a joke and don't follow through with a single commitment they make. An alarming fact, the supervisor told me that they deal daily with unhappy clients with their agents!!!! Seriously, daily???? That's a major red flag. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

The first place it seemed like the owner was the only person working for the company, including doing any and all handyman/repair work. The second place was much different and we thought we liked them a lot. Turns out we didn't, but that's a whole other review. Our experience with this office was quick, efficient and very relieving. My husband called up after looking at a couple of listings he was interested in, spoke with Theresa and told her what we were looking for, and she also offered up a few things we passed over. We're really happy she did, because we are now in a town home that has everything we needed and wanted at a very affordable rate. We initially wanted a single family home, because we really wanted a garage, and she encouraged us to look anyways. SFH were more expensive with less room inside and no neighbors with connecting walls. She understood our needs and found us a town home that had a garage and was at the end of the building, so we only have one neighbor with connecting walls. The neighbor is just one guy, who is almost never home and when he is is super quiet. We've met him a few times in the less than a month that we've been here. He's also really nice. I know you can't always pick your neighbors, but Theresa really understood that we are a quiet couple who like our home to be equally as quite, jets excluded, and said she knew this would be a good fit because we match very well with the neighbors. It means a lot that she would look out more for us and our wants and needs that she did her bottom line. The tenants who stayed here before us kind of messed up the place, and she did an amazing job making sure everything was in clean and working order. Noticing the repair and work orders needed to get this place back in good condition, I know that the cost was just over what she actually made from renting to the young couple over the 6 month lease, but as a responsible property manager she did what she had to do. I can respect that completely. My husband and I are planning to buy a house by the end of our lease, and in the event that we have to move, we have already decided that she is going to be the property manager if we decide to rent versus selling.
