What I can say is that she is very thorough, nice and has great pacientes with children.. she absolutely knows her stuff of course!!! Her office is so children friendly and clean as well her staff is so sweet too and kind, her assistance are very detailed to and make you child welcoming. My son I can say at times he won't stay still but something about them he just lets himself lol.. I highly recommend them specially if your looking for a dentist for your kids. We have three children ages 10, 7 and 3 and have been taking our children to see Dr. Lucy Hallajian for at least 4 years. Dr. Lucy is amazing, and as one of our children has a special medical children, was able to get our child into Children's Hospital to perform a procedure. The office staff is great and very understanding of children. The office atmosphere is extremely welcoming of children. Our kids love Dr. Lucy. read more

Wow! Milking the insurance as best you can? So I have my 5 year old daughter who has fantastic dental hygiene. I am talking about flossing, brushing, you name it, she does it. Of course, I attribute all this to my wife, whom ensures they brush 3 times a day. I myself don't brush or floss as often as my 5 year old does. The doctor despite NOTHING begin wrong with my daughter, refuses to see her until she is willing to take X Rays. From what the office staff states, it would be unethical for them to clean my daughters teeth without an X-Ray. What can you do. I told them they have my number to call when they choose to change their policy. read more

Take your business elsewhere... As mentioned by other reviewers, Dr. Lee is great and is wonderful with kids, but the office's insurance practices are sketchy. We have a PPO plan and have never paid for annual cleanings (in over 8 years with multiple different dentists), which we were told are included, but for our child's first and only cleaning we were charged $83 by the office to our surprise. When we asked the insurance company about the charge, they said the dentist upcharges by more than $100 for basic cleanings, which they won't cover. Nancy, apparently the office's debt collector, was very snide and condescending when speaking with me about this issue. Conveniently, she also told me that the dentist will no longer be accepting PPO insurance as of mid-November. So, if you want to pay more, pay cash and be treated like a criminal, go here. We were so disappointed by this experience since we are acquainted with a person who works in the office. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another provider. read more

My 3 year old daughter came here for about a year and it was her first dentist experience. Our first visit, we were very happy with how it went. It kind of went downhill from there. The next visit, she had a horrible experience. She cried, screamed and actually peed herself while sitting on the chair. She never does this. Now, I'm not saying all of that was their fault, but I feel like the staff was more annoyed than patient. And they still kept trying to convince my daughter to sit still on the chair. Finally we had to cut it off and reschedule the appointment. The next couple visits I feel like we were met with unfriendly, ingenious welcomes. They found some cavities in my daughter's teeth and told us they would have to sedate her for the filling procedure but we did not schedule the day it was supposed to be done. We were told we would monitor the cavities and determine when the procedure needed to be done at a later date. We came back for a visit, which we thought was just a consultation to check how the cavities were progressing. When we arrived they informed us they were going to do the fillings that day. We were taken off guard by this because it wasn't supposed to be done until a later, undetermined date and besides that, they didn't give us any special instructions for before that day's visit, i.e. no food before coming. Looking back, I felt like we walked into that appointment extremely unprepared for what was going to happen. My daughter had just eaten and so we didn't feel comfortable with continuing with the anesthesia. We again were met with resistance and attitude and I felt like they wanted to do the procedure anyway. It was after this visit that we had enough. We were driving about 20 miles to come here anyway and changed dental offices to somewhere closer to home. It wasn't all bad though. I feel like the actual dentist was patient, took her time and interacted well with our kids. But most of the time in the office is spent with other staff members. It's been about a year since we left but we are much happier where we are now. read more

My son loves coming here, the staff and the doctor are all so patient , know how to talk to my son, they do not rush us. I feel so much love and care every time I come here. I was referred to Dr. Lee by my son's pediatrician last week and I called today to set up an appointment. I was on the phone with Mary literally for 20 min just to make an appointment. She keep insisting for my son's insurance information and I told her from the beginning that I don't have a card but I will bring it with me on the day of the appointment.she started asking for my husband's social security number and told me she needs to check the insurance prior to the appointment date. I told her I have insurance and I will provide it to you, I was feeding my baby and my husband is not home to get that info from him. She wouldn't let go of the insurance part. I provided all the the other info and I just needed to find out the insurance ID number. Then I told her it's fine at this point I don't even want to come to this office then she transferred me to Nancy and she was worse than her and didn't want to listen. I politely asked her have the doctor call me so I can insure her she will get paid for her service I just wanted make sure my baby's teeth and gums are okay nothing major thank god. Anyways, they didn't even care and canceled the appointment. No professionalism, no customer service.. it's all about the money.. I'm surprised how they are trained in this office. read more

I have been going to Dr. Rebecca Lee-Pair's office for nearly 7 years now, ever since my son was 2 years old. My daughter also had her first exam here 6 months ago. When we first started going to this practice, we saw Dr. Lee-Pair. She was nice and thorough. Knowledgeable and patient. I'm not quite sure when it happened, but she stopped working on Saturdays, and we began seeing Dr. Pinnick instead, who was absolutely wonderful! Since my son was so comfortable with Dr. Pinnick and the dental assistants (esp Michelle), and we were also happy with the care we received, we decided to continue taking my son here for his bi-annual check ups despite moving to Central California 5 years ago. This time around, we had a Saturday appt scheduled for the end of October for both of my kids, and since we couldn't make it, I called on Monday to reschedule. Nancy told me that they were booked on Saturdays until March and offered an appt the following day (Tuesday) instead. Since my husband was off, we decided to make the drive down there. Huge mistake! Upon arriving, I noticed that Michelle was not there and they had a new dental assistant. (I was shocked because I had seen the same faces for nearly 7 years). So I asked if she was off and was told that she actually no longer worked there. WHAT?! My daughter was taken back by the new assistant, who was nice, but not Michelle! I won't bore you with the details of the events that caused my daughter to lose her poop and throw up twice, but my husband and I basically said "no more" after about 10-15 mins. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of patience that exuded from the dentist herself. I was so surprised because I always thought she was very pleasant. But this day, she looked annoyed and over it, and it was only noon! My daughter, who is 2.5 had ZERO issues when she saw Dr. Pinnick and Michelle for her first exam. The rest of the staff is really nice and I like every one of them a lot, which is too bad because my daughter is now traumatized to even go near that office, so I think we will be finding a new dentist closer to home. read more

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! My daughters were long time patients of Dr. Rebecca. After my last visit last year 2022 I was told they will no longer be accepting my insurance. After doing research it became apparent that Dr. Lee over bills for her services to your insurance provider for you to have to pay out of pocket. However , I received a note from my dental insurance claiming that Dr. Lees office had ran an estimate of what I would pay for an upcoming appointment. Keep in mind I NEVER rescheduled after last year. My dental insurance reassured me I do not owe Dr. Rebecca any money because there was no service done. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AND WAS LEFT WITH A VOICEMAIL CLAIMING I OWED DR. REBECCA MONEY FOR SERVICES. I called Dr. Rebecca's office to question them about the "bill" and as soon as I told them I was in contact with my dental insurance and that it is NOT A BILL they said "oh ok thank you bye" be carefully if Dr. Lee and her scamming services! read more

In all the years we went there, I'm not sure if we ever met her. The office is decorated appropriately for kids. She referred us to her husband's orthodontic office twice. Both times her father-in-law told us that braces for my son would be cosmetic only and didn't charge for the visit. We had a brief 6-month window when we didn't have the "right" dental insurance for her office, but I was willing to PAY for the semi-annual exam, cleaning, etc., even though we could have gone elsewhere under our DHMO. The dental associate that saw my son that day only spoke to him and told him she was checking his teeth as a courtesy; came out to the waiting room and sat with one of the other moms discussing her child's care and completely ignored me. She made my son feel unwelcome. How inappropriate and unprofessional. We never went back. read more

We came for our initial visit this week and my usually slow to warm up daughter was very comfortable there. The doctor was informative and nice. the whole office is set up for a child and I love that. It was warm, inviting and fun. My daughter had a fantastic time. I've been coming here for years with my older kids and now my younger one, the staff is adorable and everything for little kids to feel comfortable is in this office including Dr Lee. But unfortunately be aware even with insurance it's 300 for nitrous oxide or 300 for something else and I'm like okay fine but this last appointment that was scheduled was for a basic tooth cleaning they said that his cleaning couldn't be done because we've exceeded the amount our insurance covers and we have to pay out of pocket...again with the out of pocket 2 months ago they billed insurance for pulling out baby teeth and now there's nothing left for a cleaning mind you they didn't even clean his teeth on his last visit and what was told to me was "it's all about the money and insurance" I was so upset after going to this office for years you're not going to clean his teeth? I'm sorry never again am I going to this dentist and I've recommended a lot of people to Dr.Lee but not anymore. read more

My first experience with Dr. Lee's pediatric dentist office was in an emergency. My son had been whacked in the face with a stick by a friend, and a day later I noticed his front tooth was changing color. The only dentist available nearby was Dr. Pair, and boy, am I glad I took my son there! The entire office was then and still is geared toward the dental needs of children. The waiting room is filled with toys along one wall, really comfortable couches and chairs, and one of several flat screen televisions playing various movies (usually animated). That day Dr. Pair recommended a version of a root canal to keep the tooth in place, and we gave her the go ahead. A few years later, and my now 13 year old son still likes going there (tho it takes away from his computer gaming time *sigh*) and always walks away with a small "you did it!" reward toy. :-) I also take my daughter to see Dr. Pair. We got a good orthodontist recommendation for her. She's 17 and still loves coming out of there with no cavities. There's now a second dentist at the office, and more staff-the business has grown since we first found it, and deservedly! read more

Dr. Lee Pair is an AMAZING pediatric dentist! My 3 year old (at the time) was frightened of the dental exam process, mainly due to a bad first experience. He was NOT cooperative to say the least. Dr. Pair understood this and with her kind nature and tremendous amount of patience she along with the staff nurses calmed his fears. They took the time to explain the process to him and rewarded him each step of the way with some sort of fun toy. All in all the experience has led to many happy follow up visits. My son no longer fears the dentist or having his teeth clean. Highly recommend Dr. Rebecca Lee Pair and her entire office staff! read more

I have been bringing my two kids here for a couple of years now (6 and 4), and the best part is that if I say "we need to go to the dentist," they both cheer and do a happy dance. I wish I had that type of experience as a kid! Everyone is extremely friendly and the office is set up well for small children. We have also been here for two emergency situations (the four year old had teeth-related accidents) and Nancy at the front was super helpful and Dr. Lee gave great care with a same day appointment and was very helpful. we went to Dr. Lee for a few years and experience started out ok, but a number of times while my children were being provided treatment, she would suggest doing additional treatments or doing treatments that were scheduled for a future visit and then grow annoyed and condescending when I asked her how much these procedures would cost, or if my insurance covered that...she did not seem to comprehend (nor did her staff) that appointments could be scheduled in a way that would allow you to get the most bang for your buck for your insurance, nor seem to think her suggestions should be questioned. We ended up going back to our old dentist who is much more mindful that his patients may have other items they need to spend their money on than dental visits... read more

We've been coming here for about 8 years and I'm so glad I found this place. Both my daughters always mention how nice the staff is. My middle child is a bit of a scary cat when it comes to the dentist but they are always so patient with her and explain everything they are doing along the way that it makes her feel safe. The absolute best dentist ever. I sometimes wish I could get in the chair myself ;) My kids ASK to go to the dentist. The patient-employee relationships are phenomenal. I'm really big about going to the same place over and over again, spending tons of money, and having the staff remember you. My kids last dentist never remembered if we were new patients or not and that bothered me. Here... That's not the case. This was his first dental experience and I am satisfied with this doctor. The only reason why it is not 5 stars is because I'm b5ot sure if they have a sick child policy, but my baby caught strep throat on his visit.
