This could've easily been communicated before I came in, instead of wasting my time. Overall, the office felt disorganized, uncaring, and dishonest. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The procedure was quick, but they are never on time calling your name so bring a book and be prepared to sit for a while. As someone who is habitually early to everything it can be the bane of my existence showing up 20 minutes early and waiting for an hour or more past my appointment time. I also had some trigger point injections. That said, everyone here is very friendly and you will meet a lot of students / residents during their studies. This being my first epidural, they warned me that I may have trouble sleeping and they were right - I was awake for 2.5 days! I even took melatonin and other stronger sleep-aides to no avail. Not everyone will have this side effect, so if this is the path you're headed down try it for yourself. I will be going back for another in a few months. He referred me to a pain management specialist and he was amazing. He gave treatments that helped with my pain for over a year along with PT unfortunately my body didn't the tolerate as accepted but not as long as it should've. I then after almost two years later we discussed surgery. I was nervous because I never had surgery but his honesty and compassion put me at easy. He explained the steps clearly and told me what to expect when having the full lumber area worked on. From the check outarea Brianna took care of everything for me.
