In each session, she asked me how my skin had been acting, what kinds of activities I had been engaging in (good and bad, i.e., smoking), and created a personalized session for that appointment. She also educated me about the crappy face supplies that I had been using (without making me feel stupid) and got me started on an organic, gentle line of skin care that has done wonders for me. I'd asked about a specific product and she introduced me to it at the end fo the session.
