When I am scheduled with someone that I have had 'okay' experiences with and if they are not in for whatever reason they don't even call to try to reschedule or even get a heads up my technician won't be there, they just move me to another employee...and then it's been really awful because I have felt those technicians have zero experience on what they are doing. I have tried talking to the front desk manager and I feel like I'm being lied to when I'm trying to figure out who there has the most experience to attempt to have a positive service again. I'm not sure why it's such a revolving door of staff now when previously they had the same people there for years that provided incredible service.
