Seeking relief from back and neck pain, I've had many massages over the years from different places and therapists, but they all left me disappointed at best, physically agonized at worst. I had pretty much given up on them entirely, but after suffering a concussion in a car accident, and struggling for weeks without improvement, I was desperate. Jenn asked a lot of questions and got to work. At first I saw Jenn every few weeks. She has used a combination of deep tissue massage, cupping, medi-cupping and has also used a variety of CBD lotions dependent on my pain levels. I really appreciate not only Jenn's abilities as a talented massage therapist, I have also gained so much knowledge from her on other holistic approaches to my healing: stretches and herbal remedies being only a few.
