When I told them I was the one with the 2:30 appointment, they looked at me as if they had no clue of what I said leaving me feel quite uncomfortable and awkward. They also barely speak English. An advance full payment for massage? Is this a normal practice? Anyway, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I was told to pay in cash because the credit card device was malfunctioning.
