I also maintained a good relationship with my auto repair company in Sacramento that uses their engines. The shop was so eager to help me to get back on the road to make a critical medical appointment that they failed to reach out to GoWesty before proceeding with a fairly minor repair. Apparently such unauthorized work can foul up your warranty. GoWesty has to be proactive to avoid owners who may attempt to try to pull a fast one!

I don't mind paying a fair mark-up but since they didn't even ever touch the item 20% plus 2x shipping is not OK.
