The staff here is friendly, everything is super clean, and like most PFs, there is a ton of equipment. Aside from one thing! They only have four Smith machines. When I arrived, they were all taken. When one opened up, a couple hopped on it in an instant. If you're strength training, you need Smith machines and dumbbells. The dumbbell area is also a little smaller than most. Despite all that, this is still a great gym and highly recommended. And if you're just looking to maintain and stay fit and do cardio, you will love it.

I found this place their Groupon ad. Not knowing what to expect and not necessarily big Gym person…read moremy workouts usually consist of programs like P90X. I was intrigued by the offer on the ad for a boot camp type work out. Located on Riverside Drive, you might miss them if you don't look carefully, but once you find them I think you'll be happy. The staff is uber friendly and helpful and the programs are very good - group as well as personal type training. We did a month program which was great, but in the end we decided to to another round of p90x, which isn't any reflection upon the gym.....just not the right time or in our budget at that moment.
