Then the price increased and I had to pick a different stylist because the one I usually go to was fully booked. I know my baby was matted and most likely needs to be shaved. And I was okay with it. But when I picked her up she looks horrible. I didn't expect her to look like this and what worse was I paid a-lot of money for them to do this! So just be careful with they said, your dog has to be shaved. You may want to walk away to not get her back looking like this.

I forgot the pet groomer's name but she was super patient cutting my kitten's nails. She also did a good job trimming the hair around Muffin's eyes so she can see. I can't wait to come back and use the Self Pet Wash Service for my big dog. I was told it's only $25 and no limit for how long you're using it plus they provide the shampoo, towels and blower. UPDATE: I finally tried out the self service wash. It cut half my time to 2 hrs when I usually finish my big dog in 4 hours at home. Highly recommend the self wash service because the staff are all so kind and welcoming to help you out with anything. Plus it's super affordable $25 per pet! Definitely coming back.

It took just 1.5 hours and they were able to blow dry him without any stress! Definitely a better experience compared to other salons he has been to and he left very ecstatic, with a nice fluffy coat!! They are a family owned and operated business that started out as a mobile grooming business in 2019. They opened this permanent location just this year! They offer a private room if you have a nervous pup and use premium shampoo and conditioner! The staff are very sweet and you can see the passion they have for your fur babies! Alex took her time and remained totally calm as my dog thrashed around, screamed like she was being killed and attempted to eat and claw my face off. When my dog sprayed her anal glands then pooped on the table, she didn't bat an eye. Eventually, we got my pup into a little tiny muzzle and finished up her front paws. I'm so grateful for this place and the fact that they did not once make me feel like a bad pet owner because her nails had gotten so long waiting on a vet appointment. They also didn't charge extra for all of the commotion and anxiety my pup brought along for the visit. This is my new go-to spot for all things grooming!!

Unfortunately, when we got there, there was a tiny sign on the door letting everyone know they were closed for the week for training. We definitely weren't the only ones who missed the memo either. While we were there, other people were pulling up looking for their services as well. I completely understand closing for training. That makes total sense, and honestly, I appreciate a business taking the time to make sure their employees are properly trained. I just wish there had been some kind of notice on the website or the voicemail before making the trip over. A quick heads-up would have saved us, and apparently quite a few other people, from making the drive for nothing. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning a trip over.

Pet abuse warning ‼‼‼…read more Pet owner's don't take your dog here. There are reports of pet abuse from this groomer READ THE REVIEWS. Please protect your pets. Past employees have reported these abuses including shooting up water up a dog's nose, one of my friends even caught the guy slapping a dog. My dog was cut badly, she is a Havanese with a double coat so it is hard to see injuries and cuts after they happen. Immediately after getting groomed she started behaving weird and was not being herself. After three days she started being lethargic and couldn't move her head. We discover a nasty cut that was hidden under her collar. The cut was so bad and infected that my pup's collar was stuck to her rotten flesh with pus and dry blood around the injury. We immediately took her to the vet to treat the infection and stopped grooming her here. The groomer failed to report any cuts. When I called he played dumb and said she wasn't cut during the grooming. It was clear that this would become a he said, she said situation so I couldn't do much, he does this to everyone. This was clearly a deliberate cut, her haircut is NOT short and I if you know how clippers work it's impossible to get a cut with longer haircuts. Please read the reviews. Save your pet from harm.
