The…read morerest of the process was frustrating, and the vehicle has been nothing but problems compacted by the personal at the Toyota dealership being rude and disrespectful to my wife and me. We purchased the vehicle on January 20 2025. The first issue was the radio was locked out due to the dealerships failure to contact Toyota and delete the previous owner. This particular issue must be addressed by the dealership. This should have been done prior to the sale. We had to make several trips and calls to get this resolved. The vehicle came with 26,000 miles sold as a ( gold certified) used Toyota however after only a few hundred miles the front drive axles started clicking . We were informed of a recall issue again the dealership failed us. Again this should have been checked and corrected before sold as a certified vehicle . We scheduled that for repair . We got the vehicle back and after a few days noticed a huge oil spot in the garage. Called the dealership and they claim no open appointments until Tuesday a week away. After complaining to the office ,The staff told her to bring it up , but when she does they act like they didn't tell her to bring it up being rude about our concern. I called and spoke with Chuck at 1200pm. He said Vince would call me after lunch , Vince never called so at 4 I called , no answer. At 5 He left a long rude voice message on my phone saying they never found any issues with the cv shafts that they just replaced or any oil leaking. That was Friday Feb 21. Saturday Feb 22. The tech David found the oil leak caused by the previous repair. They failed to take responsibility for this mistake costing us time and money. Save yourself a huge hassle and drive elsewhere to purchase vehicles And have them serviced.

Smitty's recommended a fluid and filter change, which I agreed to. After that service, I started having major problems--fluid leaking and burning off the exhaust, plus shifting issues. I brought it back multiple times. First they said fluid level was fine, then blamed a pan gasket, then eventually told me it was "normal" for the transmission to boil over and vent fluid. That's absolutely not normal. Communication was poor (I waited 2.5 days with no update), and when I picked it up, they acted like they just wanted it gone. One employee even walked away mid-conversation, and the service writer shrugged when I asked if they were blaming me. I took it to another shop--they immediately identified it was overfilled, corrected it, and the problem was completely resolved. I then towed my tandem ice castle and went on a road trip over 2,000 miles with zero issues. Bottom line: I went in with no real problem and left with one. Would not recommend.

They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. Bye. Stunned I sat there a minute and thought what if it still don't fit?! Ugh now what do I do?! I brought it home and it didn't fit! Still too small! And not 1 of the 20+ button snaps line up! So much for our holiday plans with the pontoon in 2 days! So I called the store and said it still too small so he informed me how to put one side on then zip it up and button the other side lol apparently he don't think I know how to connect buttons. Nope still don't Fit I said. Well if you unbutton it is there enough fabric to fit? I giggle outta frustration and said No its too small.
