I feel the price for service was very expensive given the work that was done vs the work I…read morerequested. There is a $60 fee just to look at the item, then the "total repair fee" minus the $60. The bare minimum of work was done on my unit. And unfortunately I have since learned that I overpaid big time. The cost of my repairs elsewhere comes up at about 50% of what I paid. My phone screen was not in stock at their location, but they ordered it and said it would be in within 5 business days. The screen arrived, they installed it, I stopped by to pick it up, but when they were prepping the phone to return to me the tech somehow managed to crack the screen. Who knew these things were so fragile? Another new screen ordered, another week waiting for it to come in, the screen was installed and the phone was returned to me with no cracks! Hallelujah!
