I went to Reborn with a bad headache & neck pain. The massage was wonderful, very professional & relieved much of the pain. The masseuse was considerate, asking if I was okay but also quiet which helped me relax. She was truly awesome! The atmosphere could use some improvement. When I first went in I could see a curtained room with what looked like an unmade bed on the floor. The inside is not inviting & you can hear all the street noise. We went for a couples massage. First off lady was kinda rude wanting us to pay upfront like we wasn't going to pay or something ?? . Then she walked us to a room told us to get comfortable and they'd be right in. No one came to our room for 45 minutes. I finally went out of the room to say something. The lady said she was so sorry , that she couldn't find anyone to watch her small child that was standing next to her , which mind me this lady had just showed up and they had 3 other lady's. Requested 60 minute massage on phone they said ok, when I get there they show me to a room. Tell me to get undressed and lay face down, all normal so far, after about 5-6 minutes of waiting a girl comes in and tells me they can only do 30 minutes and that the girl will be in soon. So after another 15-20 minutes a girl comes in and gives me one of the worst massages I've ever had, needless to say I probably won't be back which is sad because I had great service and massage here before, but it's a lot of new girls now read more

I go to Reborn Massage Spa once or twice a week. The professionals there work extremely hard to help me feel better and relieve my pain. I have been their client for over two years. I work in a high stress, physically demanding environment. I always feel so much better after my visit. I sleep better and am less stressed.
