They told me it needs a new control board, and they looked up the price. $250 for the board. Gives me a quote for $582 to repair the washer. $332 labor charge??? Then tells me I have to pay him $140 for the service call. Worst part is, it wasn't the control board, it was a small hole in the pressure tube, which I fixed for free. I'll never call this guy again.

Everyone is cheerful, and I'm there enough that they know my name... that could be a good or bad thing! Parking can get a little rough, but there is plenty of parking out back on the grass. Oh and be watchful of golf carts with no lights and "higher educated" whose driving skills are getting a little rusty... This is the only place I know of in town that you can get propane refilled... I suggest getting their rewards card. You get money saving coupons in the mail that come in handy! Price are fair to low, especially if you want to avoid certain "Low Depot" places several miles down the road.... I usually come here before I hit up the "Low Depot." They do have a bigger sister store in Groveland... They take paper and plastic payments. Great place to get a whose-a-ma-dooger!

The day it was to be delivered we were told the order was cancelled. Supposedly they sent an email, never saw it. I am done with Ace. He complained that they do not make a lot of money off Weber. So I figure they did not want to assemble and deliver the grill. This is a clown show and the reason why I stopped going to Ace a long time ago. If I wanted to be treated badly I would just go to Lowes or Home Depot. He lost a large sale and a couple of customers.

However the legs where wrong. I spoke to the Clermont store to associates Chris, Julie and the Manger trying to get the correct legs. The manager and I have tried several times on Tuesday and Wednesday to get a hold of Home Delivery which send you to a voicemail where the voicemail is full, so you can't leave a message, obviously no one is getting calls returned. On Wednesday I spoke to the Manger. He stayed that he could to have a new wedge to me on the May 2nd, while I did not refuse that, I do have family coming in prior to that and needed to be able to use the sectional. I mean really how hard is it to get me the right legs prior to Friday. They wanted to deliver either the legs or a new wedge, the manager wasn't really sure which one, on Friday when no one was home. My husband is home Thursday, but that day couldn't be guaranteed. Seriously! The managers solution was to take the legs from the floor model so I could have it in time for use when family came in. I told him fine and that my husband would be there after work. When my husband arrived the legs were not ready and Julie had to call the manager to fine out if it ok. They did it with an attitude!
