Got this machine through Florida water & air . SMH disastrous. I'm paying for a machine that's been on by pass broken for almost 1 yr / half. Sharon & Eugene never reimbursed my receipts & paperwork. I had to pay someone to fix the hot water heater. My two Nordic Trac bike & treadmill had to be rebought . I had to pay a company to come & flush out sludge. It stated coming out my filtered water in my refrigerator. SMH . Sharon & Eugene ignored all my calls . Then just stopped answering all together. This machine from Home Depot may/ may not work . I couldn't tell U . The people who I know got it , Florida air did not install it correctly. So they like me took other measures to have good water. If someone gets this machine & Don't have it installed by Florida air & water, can U please let me know if Home Depot is getting a bad deal because of the lack of knowledge from Florida Air & water. * On 1/13/2025, I purchased a front door, French patio doors and whole house windows and fully permitted installation services from the Clermont, FL location totaling $18k. From the very first installation it soon became evident that there were significant issues. * 3/5 Front Door Install: My coordinator "Leticia" scheduled my front door install. She said I would be getting both front and patio doors. Only front door came. She never called to check on the install as stated in the appointment email titled "what to expect" He (Raul) called her, they spoke in Spanish and never communicated what happened. I tried to call her to get clarification, and she never returned my call. He installed the door handle crooked, I asked him to fix it, he scratched the door in 2 places then just handed me touch-up paint to fix it myself. I called her again on 3/11, described what happened and she said they never ordered my French doors and she would place a rush order in time for windows install. This would be the last time she would answer calls or return calls in this 7-month process. * 4/24 Window/Slider Install: I was notified by email my install date (no scheduling option offered). 2 installers came. They did a perfect job installing all the windows on day 1 and spent several hours on the patio doors. They asked to park their work trailer overnight in my driveway (which is not gated or protected by security monitors). This seems like a potential liability and should never have been asked a homeowner. Day 2 the guys spent an entire day chiseling away at my concrete doorframe. They claimed the doorway was improperly measured by Earl. I showed them the front door and they claimed it was installed incorrectly, said paint color was wrong and said Leticia never returns anyone's calls. Said they hear complaints about her often. I refused to sign off on patio door and installers agreed to allow me to sign off on windows and write down concerns/reasons why. * 6/4 Finishing Install: Without scheduling options again, I received a call from yet another installer. He looked over the work, brought finishing pieces for front door that were left behind from the first guy. He felt like install was correct and touch-up paint color was correct. He called Leticia and found she scheduled him from 3 hours away for a final, never having scheduled my inspection. He also said she is known for lack of communication. He left claiming she would have inspector call me to schedule. No one has ever called * 5/9 called Customer Service Support I spoke with Tesha who informed me Leticia was no longer handling my job and new person weas Leidy. She promised Leidy would call me that day and I never heard from her. * 5/15 called Customer Service Support and spoke with Justin. I shared I was moving forward with complaints and he agreed I should reach out to BBB and leave reviews and call my attorney. He claimed Leticia would handle my claim as company was overwhelmed during internal structure/staffing changes. No one ever returned my calls. * 6/18 called my sales guy, I shared the situation and asked him to get Leticia to get my inspection handled. He promised to "go above her head" to get it done. I have never heard back from anyone. What a nightmare. And all they had to do was schedule the inspection and install trim on doors. Will definitely be taking my kitchen, bathrooms and floor projects elsewhere... read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. Gaby at the paint department was so incredibly rude and immediately provoked over a question on faulty paint that I was floored, and quick to talk down to me about basic concepts instead of acknowledging the issue- as someone who also works retail, I was astonished. I will not be re-visiting this store for any needs related to paint and would advise others don't either, unless they enjoy unnecessary fighting without much resolve (I will say the manager on duty was at least attempting to somewhat help remedy the problem once she came over) at a paint counter. read more

If you want a light to come on when you get water or ice don't get this refrigerator i received mine and everything was great except that night I went to get water and no light I had to turn the kitchen light on...now i looked under where the water comes out and there is a light lens ...I called Samsung they told me they quit hooking the light after a certain date so Samsung deceided we the customer didn't need a light at night to see getting water we need to turn the kitchen light on....there was no big sign on the ad hey it has a light ,but we decided not to hook it up...no wonder its on sale still what paid was no small amount what a dirty trick Samsung you suck. read more

I went to the garden center last weekend to pick out a few plants to replace the ones my mom had out by her pool. As you can tell from the picture, it really needed a refresh! I wanted everything to be in pairs and I needed help finding matching plants to what I already had as well as several new ones! Avian works in the garden center there and assisted me in finding some beautiful plants. I know nothing about planting and she really helped pick everything and explained how to plant them properly and keep them alive lol! She was very knowledgeable and detailed and really steered me in the right direction! She's so pleasant and a joy to work with! I really appreciated her taking the time with me and not rushing me with this big project! I was there for over an hour and she assisted me the entire time! Would love to give this a 5 star because I always come here and usually have positive experiences but I couldn't help but go on here for tonight's experience with Ruby and the customer service return dept. I get in line being the only one there and she is working at the register for a few minutes and doesn't acknowledge me. She is the only employee in the area. She then goes and starts working on a cart away from me so after another few mins I go up to her to ask her to call someone for me please because I didn't know if someone was going to come ever or for however long. She then decides to keep working without calling someone after telling me yes and then comes to the register to help me. I ask her if she was the one working here or if she was just helping out. It has taken nearly 18 months for Home Depot to redo my Mother's kitchen. During the refurbishment, they damaged my mother's dishwasher and her expensive undercounter water filter then covered up the damage. Despite the lender attempting to communicate with corporate over the extreme length of time this has taken, we believe that Home Depot has written us off and no longer intends to complete the work despite threatening to void the warranty if we install the drawer and trash bin hardware ourselves. Thankfully, the lender is no longer billing my mom. For your sanity and your wallet, do not let HD do your home improvement projects. Half the employees and very friendly and helpful, the other half walk around like they're lost and it's the first time they've ever been in a Home Depot. Picking up an order is miserable, takes 30-60 min just to get someone to find your order IF they can even find the whole order. There has been multiple instances where half my order is missing. I'm not sure what kind of SOPs they have in place to handle orders but clearly it's not very efficient. Overall the store is fine if you're going in and already know what you need and where it's at. Normally going to Home Depot is a less than pleasant experience, having to wonder about hoping to find someone to help. This time I went in to rent a chainsaw. I was pointed in the direction of an electric chainsaw. I asked if there was a difference. I was told there was not and for what I needed an electric chainsaw would be more than enough. After driving 45 there & 45 minutes back home to find out that was an absolute false statement. It was a pretty small tree I was trying to cut down I found it nearly impossible to even cut off a branch. The torque was not nearly enough or close to that of a gas chainsaw. So I had to drive back to Home Depot & exchange it for a gas chainsaw, but then I was talked into a larger chainsaw thinking the same size wouldn't be enough so I paid more for a larger chainsaw which turned out to be overkill. It took me less then 30 minutes to take down and chop up the tree in question. Not because the chainsaw was bigger but because a gas chainsaw was the proper tool regardless of size and I wasted 2.5 hours in travel to correct the wrong advice and paid more for a larger chainsaw than I needed. I said something to the Home Depot clerk both on exchange and final return. Nothing was said. I was so upset that I provided a review on Home Depot's website and the same complaint to their corporate office and I have not heard anything from either of them. I guess I will be going to Lowe's from now on. Lesser of two evils since they both suck at customer service but Home Depot took the lead in poor customer support on this one. read more

Still a low review. We started a land scape project before I refused to come back to home depot because of the staffs sexist bias towards women. So I'm finishing the matching stone today. I sent my husband. They loaded 100 of pavers rather than very large landscape block. We had to travel 20 total miles with traffic back to HD. To get the Right product!!! Hours later: almost dark and project not even started me since they gave us the wrong block. I paid $228 for the block. They gave us $100 dollars worth of pavers. Terrible experience ordering online through the Home Depot. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer and at no point during the checkout process was I prompted or asked if I needed a stacking kit. The day of installation, the installer tells me he cannot stack my machines without it. I offered to go to my local Home Depot a few blocks away to get it. Was told I can only get it from the warehouse and I have to pay an installation upcharge and arrange for them to come back. I called Home Depot and after being put on hold and disconnected a couple of times, it took about three hours to get somebody on the phone. Only to be told the earliest they could come back was December 30. I ended up buying the stacking kit myself from Best Buy and stacking the machines myself. Very, very poor experience with Home Depot. The same exact thing happened to my coworkers parents. read more

Waited in the curbside pick up spot for more than 30 minutes after their app said someone would be out shortly; called to ask the status and was on hold for more than 5:30; finally had to walk in to pick up the order. I've been to this location before but it has been awhile. I needed some items to finish a job and I was shopping for them online to see who had them in stock as one item was difficult to find. Online I found everything at this location so I placed the order for curbside pickup, hoping to save some time. After a bit I got a call from the employee who was pulling the order to tell me that they did not have half of what I needed. On the plus side they did have the one item I could not find elsewhere so I had them fill what they had. Once I was notified that the order was ready I searched for the other items in another store. I found them at the competition. When we arrived at the store I found the spaces for curbside and pulled into one. I followed the instructions to notify them that I was there and proceeded to wait. It took an exceptionally long time to get the order out to us. The employee that brought the order out apologized for the long wait and placed the items in my trunk. I checked that everything was there and thanked them. They were wearing a mask and were very courteous. read more

I went in here to buy some breakers to replace in my travel trailer and the employee, Ricardo, was extremely nice and helpful and even tried to help me trouble shoot the issue if I had further problems after attempting to replace them and assured me I could return them if they did not need to be replaced. Upon further inspection of my camper I found that I did not need to replace the breakers but needed to repair some damaged wiring. Upon returning the breakers the lady who assisted me was kind and made the process quick and easy. I appreciate the quality service and the consideration for my time that the employees had. We have been shopping this HD for several years, like 10 to be exact. Recently, we needed a new microwave and knew exactly which microwave that we wanted, we just needed to find out if it could be shipped to the store. When I called, I was redirected 5 times only to be hung up on the 5th time. I called back and asked to speak to the store manager And I explained my aggrevation with the multiple department transfers and asked him what I needed to do to get the microwave shipped to the store. He said he would check and call me right back. Now it's 2 hours later and no phone call... mind you this was not a busy time of day. So, I went across the street to Lowe's, they had what we needed, the exact same microwave, a better price and so now we are no longer a Home Depot customer. read more

Asked 3 people for help getting fence pickets and wood screws. All of them just pointed in the direction I needed to go. NOT one even offered to help me load the pickets onto a cart.. And I WAS HOLDING A BABY!!! So needless to say I said screw it and left.. drove across the street to the Lowes. The people at lowes picked out my wood screws for me, loaded the pickets onto a cart AND loaded them into my truck for me. I will never go to home depot again. Thank God for Lowes! read more
