There are two wash stations, but unfortunately the floor was extremely dirty and very wet almost flooded. I understand that water can get on the floor, especially on busy days, but it really should be cleaned more frequently. I'm not sure what the cleaning rules are for the wash area, but it definitely needed attention during my visit. Despite that, I still went ahead and washed my dog, and it honestly made my life so much easier. I live in an apartment and bathing him at home takes forever, especially the drying. So this service is a huge help. I'll definitely come back and give it another try, it may have just been a busy day since I went on a Saturday. The price for the wash station is $9.99, which is very reasonable. They even provide shampoo and conditioner, although I brought my own because my dog needs a special shampoo for his coat. The cashier was also kind enough to give him a treat afterwards, which I appreciated. My dog left happy, and so did I.

The cashier called the manager over, and Giovanni came by but was dismissive--he said it was a "defect" and not "damage," then simply walked away without giving any direction to the cashier or addressing my concern further. As a manager, that kind of response shows poor communication and lack of attention to customer concerns. It also set a poor example for the cashier, who was left unsure of how to proceed. Definitely not the level of service or leadership you'd expect from someone in a managerial position.

My four stars is because the selection of products is limited, in my opinion. What they do have, inside doors, some flooring, bathroom inserts, shutters, etc., are helpful items. But I find my mobile home needs so many more items replaced. For example, when I needed to purchase a new stand-alone outside screen door, they didn't have it. They are well stocked on the items they carry, but the name Mobile Home Depot seems like the product menu would be quite large and I don't believe it is. I can confirm that should you need something they carry, Mobile Home Depot won't disappoint.

It's been quite a hot minute since I've been in the store; I completely forgot they also sold food as well as cocktail mixers. I picked up some elderflower simple syrup that was only at $16 and it's a pretty big bottle. I will be using the simple syrup and a cocktails I make with different types of gin! The whole store was very organized. Each item has its own location I'm going to have to come back to the cake pans because they are absolutely marvelous. Also the stainless steel garlic press I really liked as well. They had a couple of Disney products as well they had a limited edition salt and pepper grinder that was the shape of a Mickey head as well as a Star Wars waffle maker and a Mickey Mouse waffle maker. The lady at the counter was very nice and checking us out and signing us up for coupons; or their email system that they do. I will definitely be returning to purchase some of those cake pans - if you're looking for different kitchen supplies especially coffee presses by highly recommend Williams-Sonoma in the millennia mall.
