AMAZING!!! My son used to have behavior issues at sunrise preschools and they just wanted him out. They were awful to him. The staff the work at this KinderCare are the absolute best I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they have been to my child. They work with him through his good and bad days. They treat him with so much love and kindness. We could not be happier with this KinderCare facility! We started our son at 3.5 months, and everyday he has been loved and cared for with such kindness and giving hearts. Words cannot express how much relief I have sending my child to this daycare. My son was having "behavior problems" at his old daycare that were very out of character for him. He'd also come home with old poopy diapers on and snot and dirt all over his face, just things that made me think he was not payed attention to. I decided he needed a new, better environment. I'd inquired with this Kindercare on a number of occasions in the past and this time the timing was perfect. The staff here are amazing and so attentive to all the children. There is an obvious change for the better in my son and the so-called behavior issues are no longer a thing. He's happier, he always says "there's my new school" when we pass it (he's 3), he happily says goodbye to his teachers (at the old place he couldn't leave fast enough). I never have to worry if he's getting cared for the way I'd care for him, because they do!! He comes home happy and clean! So much stress has been lifted from my shoulders after starting at this Kindercare. On another note, it's so refreshing to have all the dates the daycare will be closed for the entire year on a calendar for me to hang at home!! I had to drag holiday and closure hours out of the staff at the old place!! For someone who plans things way in advance this is a huge help to me!! Well I guess it is all with the director. When Danielle left everything went downhill for our son. After expressing our concerns the new director Carla went behind our backs and got our son kicked out. All of a sudden they "couldn't handle his behaviors" nothing new happened since he had been enrolled. But if you keep a 4 year old with a bunch of 2 year olds he is going to be bored and not have a chance to grow. Carla is a terrible influence on these children. It's disgusting. read more

Danielle and staff are beyond phenomenal. Not only do you get a level of professionalism you won't find anywhere else, but the true tender loving care every child needs. When you drop your child off to be in their care, it's like dropping them off with family. My son is ecstatic to go to daycare and he has been living out since he was 5 months old! Not to mention how mmucg my son has advanced in his milestones, but his social and Cognitive development as well. We have been enrolled with this location of KinderCare for almost a year now and could not be happier with the care our kids receive. We came here after our 3 y/o (then 2) was kicked out of his previous daycare for biting. When I met Miss Danielle, I told her about it and she assured me they have dealt with this before and could handle it. Sure enough, within a couple of weeks, there were no more reports of biting and our son seemed very happy here. Our son receives the individual attention he sometimes needs and seems to be well adjusted in the environment. All the teachers seem to know him - even if they haven't taught him yet. A few months ago, it was time for our 1 y/o daughter to start daycare and we had no reservations to enroll her here. She has made great progress and is very happy at 'school.' All her teachers are so sweet to her, I know she is well taken care of. For both kids, we receive daily notes and pictures of things they are doing throughout the day. The center is also a preschool, so they spend time learning as well as having fun. We really appreciate Miss Danielle and Miss Monica and all the kids' teachers for the help and support they give us. We love this KinderCare. Danielle, Monica, and the toddler room teachers have created such a welcoming home for our toddler. Between pictures and daily notes, the teachers keep us informed of what our little one is up to while we are at work. She loves going to "school" to play with her friends and learn. This is not your typical "daycare", our toddler is learning so many valuable skills. It's so fun to watch her grow and we are constantly amazed at the activities the teachers do to get all the littles engaged. Danielle and Monica are so supportive and amazing! Every morning every child who attends the daycare is excited to go inside. My daughter loves going here and seeing Monica and Danielle first thing in the lobby. The infant teachers are amazing! Miss Perla, Miss Liz, and Miss Celeste provide the best care and love for my daughter. As a first time mom I was so nervous about taking my daughter to daycare. On the first day they provided so much support and my daughter was so happy to be there. Everyday she is excited to go and loves her teachers! My son attended this KinderCare as an infant and just recently returned to the 3-year-old preschool room (after 2 years of being home with us working remotely due to Covid). Most importantly, he is loved and he loves it. Walking out after his first day back, he said, "Whoa, that was fun!" After 2 long years, he found some much needed stimulation, and our home is happier because of it. Also, the center has been totally understanding and flexible during Covid, with us delaying multiple times and not being charged until we finally came back. My daughter will start attending the infant room shortly, and the same great teachers are still there! I'm definitely grateful to have this center, and would recommend them to anyone. read more

My child was enrolled in the pre-k program, at this location, for about a month. During this time she had trouble with another little boy in the class making violent and sexual remarks toward her, including threats to have her head smashed in with a hammer and her private area licked. The Center director talked to my child and the little boy, and came to the conclusion that nothing happened. In her follow up conversation with me she implied that my child needed counseling, while dismissing my concerns and allowing this little boy with known disciplinary issues to remain in the classroom. My child was pulled out of the classroom and placed with 3 year olds! Not comfortable that my child would be protected in the environment, I decided to pull her out and enroll in another local daycare center. We have had no further issues since transferring and ALL inappropriate words and actions have stopped! She is no longer afraid to go to school in the morning. It saddens me that one child who clearly has issues would be allowed to taint an entire room of children. After 3+ years with kindercare in another state I am incredibly disappointed with the way this situation was handled and am no longer a customer. read more

Our 5 and 7 year old daughter's have been in this preschool for going on 2 years now. I can say that it by far one of the best decisions we have made. It is very structured (which our 5 year old was lacking with an in home care giver) They also have additional programs such as "phonics" where our 5 year old is progressing at great speed Thanks to miss Judy! The center director Nicole is fabulous, she always makes time to listen to our needs, to stop and say hi or have a great night. Our 7yr old daughter is mildly Autistic and they do so much to help her understand and continue learning at her pace, and the best way for her ability. Our 5yr old has mild Asthma, Nicole and the staff will remind me to tell them if she needs a breathing treatment, and the best time per doctor's instruction to do so. All in all we find this Pre School wonderful! And don't ever call it a Day Care... It's not, your child will actually learn here, and be cared for. read more

Wonderful place. The teachers are very attentive to our children. Both of my kids have been enrolled here since he was a little over 3 months. My kids have both developed wonderful lasting friendships. I constantly get comments as to how smart my children are, and I attribute that to the curriculum here at kinder care. I can see that my children are far more advanced than others when it comes to their language skills. My son loves his current teacher, thinks the world of her. Ms. Nadia is a wonderful teacher she loves all of her kids and treats them with respect as they do her. I love hearing the little quirky stories about my daughter when I pick her up, she loves all of her teachers. I am never concerned leaving my kids here. It is a very safe environment and I know all of the teachers have my kids best interest at heart. Every couple of months the center offers a parents night out, works great especially with my husband and my crazy schedule. This is not just a daycare, it is a pre-school and the kids learn from the very first day they are enrolled. read more

I have a 3.5 yo and nearly 2yo little boys. Neither had been to daycare or any childcare outside of the home before. Having to find childcare during a pandemic was beyond stressful as tours and normal introductions to classrooms and teachers are not allow, obviously for health and safety reasons. Luckily I managed to call this location on a Friday, spoke w the director (Danielle) and was able to see the location for an open house the next day. I was blown away by her and Monica's clear, genuine and obvious passion for all things child care and development. Most importantly, they're mothers first. You can literally feel the passion and love they have for what they do. I started my boys that Monday full time and we haven't looked back. Going from full time at home w me (Mom) to full time at daycare was an adjustment. I'm so grateful and appreciative of the communication and attentiveness I received during that time (and still). Every teacher I've met has an clear love of what they're doing. I receive updates on my boys daily w pictures and videos throughout the day. Any incident (as children are children) is reported to us at the end of day (when minor, as most are completely normal for children) and anything more, has been reported to us immediately. Once our son fell odd and managed to pull a muscle in some water shoes. I could've have asked for more in the care of my baby and it turned out to just be a freak accident that would've happened at home too had he been there instead. I know my boys aren't just safe, cared for and happy: they're genuinely LOVED, and love being at 'school'; they're development since starting at KinderCare has quickly advanced. I cannot say enough positive about this facility and more importantly the people who make it what it is. It has taken me some time to put this review together, because how can anyone put into the words the amount of trust and gratitude you have for those who love your babies and care for them as their own? My son has been attending KinderCare since he was 10 weeks old and has now just turned 2 years. I am an EXTREMELY picky and high maintenance parent (just being honest) and I am sincere when I say that this is the only place that I don't ever feel worried when I leave my son there daily. This is NOT a "DAYCARE" this is truly a learning center with incredibly caring and talented teachers. The Director is involved and holds high expectations.
