I just left the ER at Jefferson Einstein last night at 11 because I had to get another D&C to remove RPOC (retained products of conception) that were still in my uterus after the surgical procedure at the Cherry Hill Women's center. My white blood cell count was also suggestive of infection, so I was receiving doxycycline via IV. Also of note, there is no use trying to call the nurse line on the discharge paperwork they give you as the phone number shown on the paper is not a working number (pictured below.) I was rushed to the ER for chills, severe lower back pain, and severe abdominal cramping such that I could not sit or drive. The 800 mg ibuprofen they prescribe at the clinic did not touch the pain, so I was offered oxycodone in the ER. If you don't want to risk this happening to you, I highly recommend trying to have the termination done in a hospital where they are more thorough and held to higher standards. The doctor told me he performs abortions on nearly 40 women in one day. It's not worth risking your life to come here. Someone called me from an unknown number claiming to be from the clinic and said she'd seen my review on here. She asked me to text her a picture of my driver's license to get a copy of my medical record. I didn't feel comfortable texting that to someone I don't know is from the clinic, so I refused. She then told me I couldn't have the copy emailed to me directly. She then told me that she was feeling threatened by me. She had not acknowledged the mistake, she had not apologized, and she offered nothing to make this right, let alone show concern for my health. At that point, I realized that I was not going to get anywhere with her, so I hung up the phone. I would not recommend these clinics and would instead suggest Planned Parenthood. Retained pregnancy products can cause septicemia or at worst turn into a cancerous tumor, so it's imperative that you go somewhere that values your health enough to properly do the procedure (or admit and apologize for an indisputable mistake.) I've already filed a complaint with the NJ Department of Health.

What's education level of these people? What background do they have it just hired because of a certificate whatever happened to personality why shouldn't worms and empathy come through instead of just hiring someone who wants a paycheck I have heard on some of the groups around here for families of children who have addiction mental health and every single person says the place to not call is the crisis center because if your day is bad, they will make it worse and they will make it hopeless I can truly support that I called tonight. Spoke to this young lady gruff nasty disrespectful when I tried to tell her something no no no no no I want to know what happened today and as soon as I said no, what happened I said you don't get to talk to anyone like this she kept snapping and barking with me to demand to tell her what happened to today and wouldn't let me tell her what happened yesterday and she kept raising her voice with me and I think to myself God help a person who walks in there, suffering man to help this person will push them off the ledge There can be no place in mental health to ever have someone like this to interact with family members or for the patient who suffering mental mental health crisis. She's barbaric she's rude. She has no empathy whatsoever she's cold. She's unprofessional and I could go on and on and on, but I'm second that this facility would need to read this review to have noticed that this young lady should not be in this job what is wrong with making it a priority to hire people who have built-in skills of being empathetic of being present or being understanding or compassionate she has none of those qualities I ended up hanging up the phone on her. I couldn't take it anymore. Not tomorrow I'm going to go and post on all the different groups. Do not call the Cherry Hill crisis center and that's a sad thing because you know something look at how many vulnerable families you have in this county that now will not be calling this number where else to return For Help but at this point, not calling them is better than the option of calling them because you leave their hopeless de humiliate you you're so grossly disrespectful. I have never met more mean spirited people than I have in this facility. The only person I ever talked to there that was respectful. His name was Ted other than that I do not know where they get these people from to work in the Christ center. I see on my groups. People would say the worst mistake I made. I took my daughter to the crisis center after 5 my daughter wanted to leave and I hear over and over or they're rude cold, and insensitive. They have a nasty attitude to talk to you. no one smiles, no one songs empathetic it's an absolute fact, the sooner the shutter spray song I think meant healthcare would improve People are set with expectations and if the coldest place they'll get some support, don't ever think of getting it you will never get it never it's just not there and whoever's in leadership. The Bee these people reflect the standards that leadership sets for the rest of them because they must feel bold to be as rude and nasty and compassionate as they are. I wonder how many people called this place and ended up committing suicide. I would not be surprised at the numbers are up there. This is a shame it's a travesty. It's cruel just creates Mental Health Way beyond anyone calling there What would make you have a nasty personality and tell people to shut up and cut them off to talk and then you're supposed to take your loved ones there expecting that you're going to get mental health support you have to be out of your mind I'd rather take them to veterinarian into this place and I'm going to make this louder and louder and wider and wider for people to understand sometime they need to demand that this place be shut down or on the new management the final word it is a horrific place most insensitive you can call an animal shelter and you get people, a lot more sensitive than these people are and it's not just a One occasionally dear systemically consistently, rude, and nasty send these people are What is savagely missing in this place? Is that family member for calling in there are hurting for a loved one to mental illness but these barbarians treat you like you've committed a crime talk. Don't you shut you off when I think back of this woman today she deserved every insult that crossed my mind, but I was not going to come to her lower level no no no no no no what. Where does she get the right to talk to anyone like that at all and not have basic your basic 2.3 brain cells to understand family calling in there. Don't need to be Brad and put down an insulted and talk to like discard the children not family members of someone suffering Mental Health

I'm very capable of standing up for myself and refuting false claims against myself. His obvious Napoleon complex is shown when he talks fast with his head down pretending to be looking at computer. During my last visit he made false accusations, his paperwork was inaccurate and I calmly engaged in conversation stating facts. This doctor has unrealistic expectations, which explains why the lobby was completely empty on a Monday morning. I'll never come back to this office and I have no desire to. This doctor does not understand pain and has no care for the patient and for that reason I'm happy that she showed exactly who she was from the very start. If you're having serious pain and looking for a doctor look elsewhere. I would leave zero stars if I could.

--Consultation-- So far all of the staff is really great,…read morethey are very friendly and put you at ease. The doctor is pretty much how I expected, he knows what he is doing and will give you an honest answer. The location is easy to get to, but kind of threw me off that they had offices on the main floor of an apartment building, but their office inside is really nice and clean and professional. You do have to set up your consultation over the phone which was a little bit of a pain in my opinion. It's hard to get away to have a very "detailed" phone conversation when you work during their business hours. But it took about 10 mins and I had my consult appointment set. My husband went with me and was in the room the whole time. The Dr is very professional and he made sure to address any questions either of us had. He was very honest and clearly set my expectations. I didn't feel rushed at all which I appreciate and made the fact that I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time aright...I would rather he not rush and run a little late! --Pre-Op-- Every appointment I had was great, everything was so easy and clearly spelled out. Now admittedly there was alot to do and think about, but the staff and Dr were always there for support or questions at any time. You do have to go to get blood work done and Nazareth hospital but it was such an easy thing. I would plan for it to take a couple hours, there is paperwork and just waiting and all takes about that long, better to plan for more time then not enough. --Op and Post-Op-- The day of came really fast, and upon arrival to the hospital everything went great. The nurses at Nazareth as SO nice!! We got me all set up, the Dr came in and took before pics (my hubby tried to photo bomb but the Dr was too good for that haha). Then they got me all hooked up, wheeled me back to the operating room, the anesthesiologist was SUPER, and I was out in about 2 seconds, woke up and was in a little pain, so they gave me some more pain killers, but I was ready to go really quickly. Compared to other surgeries that I have had this was a piece of cake, SO EASY! I followed all of the doctors orders and took everything he gave me and I think that on op day that made such a huge difference. Once I got home I felt great, I only ended up needing to take pain killers at night to sleep. I got my surgery done on a Friday and was back at work on Monday (I have a desk job). Sleeping was really not great for the first week but it just got easier and easier. I was one of the lucky ones that I ended up with the "new additions" sitting pretty high, but I work out alot so I am not surprised that my muscle was tight and holding them up. So every day the Dr gave me little muscle release messages to do, and they dropped exactly like he said they would. I went through about 2 weeks of freak out that they wouldn't but they now look and sit amazing. I already have one other friend going in now since I had such a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eisenburg to anyone thinking about this procedure. Him and his staff are nothing but professional, they are so personable and some have had the procedure themselves from the doctor (some around 13 years ago) so they can answer questions from experience.

Here's what happened: I had a relatively minor pain relief procedure to be performed by my doctor at his private surgical center. I did not want to be conscious (I already was enduring enough pain) and was never informed that the anesthesia was not covered by insurance. The anesthesiologist presented what turned out to be an insurance waiver for me to sign, without explanation (other than "here's an insurance paper you have to sign"), 2o minutes after the needle for deliver of the anesthesia was inserted, and less than 1 minute before I was wheeled back for the procedure. I was told "everyone was waiting to begin," I felt the pressure to not keep them waiting, and I think anyone in pain would sign it (as I did) without reading it (as I didn't) so that we could get on with it. The anesthesia company sent me an invoice 6 MONTHS LATER (after the Medicare appeal period expired) demanding payment, even though I had received notice from Medicare that I didn't have to pay it and if I had, I was entitled to a refund. The company said that I had waived Medicare coverage and that I had to pay it. It was not worth a fight, I paid it in full, yet 1 month later I got a letter demanding payment. This company's billing practices and procedures with respect to me were, in my opinion, deceptive and unethical. It isn't an ordinary question to ask your doctor whether any of the services involved are not covered by insurance, and I didn't. My misfortune; don't let it be yours.
