*CAUTION DO NOT choose this Facility. Poor Treatment specifically by Matthew B. and center administration. Ask for a copy of any test that he accuses to you of failing. He has an obvious personality disorder and feels the need to talk " down to you". I never failed a test there or anywhere but he tried to inflict an unnecessary order of dominance or superiority over me during visits. I'm very capable of standing up for myself and refuting false claims against myself. His obvious Napoleon complex is shown when he talks fast with his head down pretending to be looking at computer. During my last visit he made false accusations, his paperwork was inaccurate and I calmly engaged in conversation stating facts. He wouldn't accept that he made a mistake instead he decreased my medication, and never discussed any alternatives listed on their website. He was unable to finish the conversation and left the room walking away from me spurting out random words. He seemed erratic and unstable. **Update** Neck x-ray showed severe arthritic changes compromised a nerve, solving the problems I reported having difficulty breathing, and the increased pain. **Beware this facility did nothing to help resolve the problems I reported to them. All further medical proff were informed of the care I didn't receive there. These reviews could possibly save a life which is why I'm taking time to inform you. I asked to speak to his boss and have not received a response as of yet. There were other concerns noted prior to my last visit. *Pay attention to the convoluted voicemail, difficulty speaking to a provider* Im filling an action against him to the State Medical Board because he put my health at risk, made false allegations and didn't perform as a medical professional. The center has shown to stand by his maladaptive behavior so patient *BEWARE*of places that are eager to label and treat you Negatively. Horrible experience my appointment was for 9 AM. However I received a call at 9:03 for my first appointment to cancel. I arrived at the office 908 after running around the building on the 3rd flr trying to find Suite 3, which I was told was location when it's actually right on the first floor. All of that being said initially, patient are given a grace period being called at 9:03 to cancel appointment at 9 AM for late arrival for a new patient who has already E checked in and completed all paperwork prior to coming and having all of my patient records forwarded prior to my appointment, which I waited two months for is insane. This doctor has unrealistic expectations, which explains why the lobby was completely empty on a Monday morning. I'll never come back to this office and I have no desire to. This doctor does not understand pain and has no care for the patient and for that reason I'm happy that she showed exactly who she was from the very start. If you're having serious pain and looking for a doctor look elsewhere. I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

They do not care about your pain. They type on their computers while you talk for 1 minute and then send you on your way. But they bill you for a full 1/2 hr appointment of course. Don't go there. Most of the drs there are ignorant and a lot of the staff is rude and inconsiderate. I had clean urine for 2 1/2 years and bam one pee test they said was off and I'm kicked out. Filled my script for one month and they said you're on your own. They've made my life very difficult since then. Luckily found a great pain management Dr elsewhere. read more

The office is ridiculous. They REFUSE to answer the phones and never give you a call back if you leave a message. They don't fill out disability paperwork and don't have a legitimate reason. It's absolutely ridiculous. Oh I also reached out via email, facebook messanger, and even Linkein with 0 replies back. Dr tried to pull one over on me by putting in my chart that they were going to take over my medication even though I said twice before that it was staying at my primary care facility. Then put it in there on a day I never even talked about that medication. I'm glad that I don't have to go there anymore. If I need pain management I will look elsewhere. Dr Lesneski is the worst Doctor on this side of the east coast. Went there for pain management and he got mad when I didnt want to switch to weed. Then he faked a whole incident after he yelled at me because I told him I didn't want to switch to weed. Then I asked him who he was yelling at and I stood up and he started screaming like a little girl for help, and lied like I was about to attack him. Worst experience ever. As an ex officer and ex Veteran I can tell you find someone else to go to or you will be sorry! I had my first appt. with Dr. Schreiber for chronic lower back and hip pain that I have had for 2 years , unable to get relief from the prior Pain management Dr. I saw. My pain was debilitating at times. During my exam and consult with Dr. Schreiber he reviewed my test results explained to me where the pain was coming from and came up with a plan to relieve my pain. I was so happy I started to cry. Dr. Schreiber is an amazing, nice, understand dr., he takes the time to actually listen and answer any questions. Also the medical asst. & the front desk staff are great. I was greeted with a friendly smiling staff member. I am looking forward to my treatment with Reclaimblility. I came to ReclaimAbiility last year inn Dec. My experience was good at first. Then out of the blue it turned into a nightmare. I was out of work on disability and went to Reclaimability to see what was wrong with my spine and find out the cause for dizziness. The doctor made my appointments so far ii between that every time I returned for a visit, she acted as if she couldn't understand my symptoms . Then she started refusing to simply sign off on my disability so I could get paid while I waited for her to diagnose me. This was in the middle of a pandemic and because of this doctor and her unprofessional staff, I literally had to beg for food because she refused to simply state that she hadn't diagnosed me yet. So I ended up going to a good doctor who found out that I have degenerated disk and I am finally getting proper treatment. This doctor at Reclaimability caused me hardship and I will never forget this. I suspect she thought I was lying to try to get out of work. I am a Afro American man and I felt the Pre-Judgement. The staff also was flirtatious and even gave me her personal phone number to make appointments. That stopped as soon as I showed up to a visit with my girlfriend. My daughter has been coming here for 2 years, Dr Innerfield is great but only saw her one time. My daughter had an appointment this morning, was in severe pain, needed a refill for her Rx. We were told the script was called in . When i went to pharmacy to pick it up it had been canceled. Called the office several more times. Received a call at 4:30 to tell me it was called in. Called the pharmacy at 530pm script had not been called in. They make you jump through hoops to refill medication that has been the only thing that works for my daughter, and she has been on it for 2 yrs. She has a rare disease that is difficult to treat. Type a question I have been a long time patent. Your billing department said I can not see anyone only if a paid $50. It is on my file when I check in. I'm 66 years old living on a fix Income., very care full what my insures does not cover. These charges are back when DR. Buck was there. I am not asking for a free ride but I will not pay something I do not owe. I have 2 account now under my name. They say I can't get time and date of these appointment. I been paying but I don't what I am paying on. The girl said It said this but it mean something else. I went my appointment this month after finding a ride and was turn a way I only had 20$ they would not take it. What happen to caring Doctors... Sorry for the typing and spelling. I've been going to the Mount Laurel facility for over 7 years. In that time period I've seen many people come and go and even with this their commitment to patient care has never suffered. They adjust to every patients level of needs from checking in, vitals, our visits, and setting up our follow up appointments. This is a place that I never worry about questioning anything. For instance, my blood pressure hardly ever normal, but they monitor it very closely always asking how do i feel, checking for headaches, dizziness, just outright being very thorough in making sure in okay. I'd recommend this staff and facility to any and everyone. read more

Where is an emergency number?? I love our doctor and the NP's but the fact you call and all you get is "our office is now closed" and no way to reach doctor. I do not know if I have to already make my husband go through more hell than he does with these visits but seriously you have NO after hours EMERGENCY number?????? I am not really sure what to say being that I have never had an experience like I did last week when I brought my husband to the facility for pain management. My husband is an IP patient which means he will live with Chronic pain, unfortunately forever. My husband has had so many procedures there are too many to count. The previous facility that he was going to he felt as though he maxed out with them and wanted to try a new place and somewhere where they can focus on different areas of his back. They did take a Urine sample - all the pain management facilities do especially if they are prescribing pain medication - But this was not the case for this appt. which was not found out until we saw the Dr. The former pain management place after requests from myself and this facility were never acknowledged. So that does promote an issue. However the Dr. kinda laughed at my husband and said we have numerous things here as to why you left? Then he told him no matter what he was not refilling his medication anyway and all doctors would not either. It has been my experience that - Yes they do. My husband that day was in a great deal of pain and the Dr. Offered him something to take away the want of the medication. Um he is not a junky he is a real person who is in real pain. I asked the Dr. once he received the paperwork if he would at least call something in before the next visit. He said I may do that but then proceeded to tell my husband that the only thing he could do was to give him a script for coming down off of the medication that has been a part of his regiment for years. I explained to the Dr. that the idea is to keep him out of pain so his dementia does not spike up. That fell on deaf ears - The Dr. Did not care at all because I asked what can I do to keep the pain down and he can not take an nsiad. He never answered any of my questions and never responded to me at all - On the way home I called the old facility and got someone higher up to get the records over to this place and then after calling Reclaim ability the only thing I could do was leave a message - I left several. Finally someone called me back 72 hours later and I asked if they received the paperwork and if the dr. can review it. The girl said that they received the paperwork and she was sending the dr a direct message and we should hear from him. Today is Tuesday and I have heard nothing. Actually I am sorry the Dr. Told me that being we left the last place on terms of release - they should have no issue refilling his medication???? I have never had an appointment like this with any provider. This really was a unique experience. I do not know if I would recommend this facility to anyone - especially if you are an IP patient because you will not receive the help that you need from the Dr. I am still flabbergasted that he laughed at my husband. The professional way to handle this issue would have been - I will give you two weeks - get the records here and I will see you in two weeks and at that time we can work on a pain regiment and working on a 30 day script(s) at that time. If you have real issues and are looking for help and relief - Unless you want to be laughed at, I do not think this is the place that you would want to be. read more

Everyone from front desk,to nurses, Dr are professional and friendly. I have seen Dr McGrath and Dr Lesneski, both are amazing. They take their time to explain things, ask questions, and seem to really care about you getting back to great health, not just managing the situation as is. I had gone to another practice and did not get beyond the first apt with another Dr at a practice, I thought was patronizing and office was unorganized, so i this was the other name my orhtopedic Dr gave me and wish I had gone to them first. I have been going the RA Pain for several years and find the Doctors and Nurses to be very Professional. They have multiple locations with Mt Laurel the busiest. When they opened the Cherry Hill location I started going there. Their are a great many people in pain so having patience as a patient is important. 95% of the time I'm done in 30 minutes and they know you are sitting there in pain. read more

OFFICE/BILLING/ADMIN staff are trying to charge insurance company $780.00 for a 45 minute session with their pain psychologist. They are billing for dialysis, which is impossible, cuz I don't get that. They refuse to tell me how/why they are charging this outrageous amount, and I've had years of other incompetent jobs by their office staff. Dr. is aware, and thinks he's doing the right thing. Impossible. I feel they are being fraudulent and have reported that to my insurance company. read more

Dr McGrath and Dr Lisnewski have both been life savers They listen and work your pain management with your input considered on everything. The front staff have been helpful when needed but sometimes appear to be "short". With responses. I would recommend this practice to anyone. read more

If I could rate Dr.Matthew Abad a zero rating I would most definitely this was the nastiest,rude,arrogant most unprofessional pa I've seen not even a doctor compare to Dr. Gary Silvesti who was the most caring amazing doctor I've ever had very understanding truly a angel.I went in for a appointment with Abad for the first time as I always was seen by Gary however cancelled last two appointments with him due to the flu how i regret that now Abad was rude and discharged me for a urine test I failed months earlier in which Gary gave me another chance and for months after continued to prescribe me my medication as he always had I didn't have another pain killer or Xanax unless prescribed to me in my system which to my understanding is why he continue to see me now months after that incident I go in and see Abad were he caught me off guard I had no idea this was about to happen he discharged me due to Urine that I failed in December I wasn't discharged in December Nor in January by Gary but on 2/6/18 I saw this pa if you can even call him that had no remorse and discharged me given me less then two week supplies and lower my dose told me to bounce and look for another doctor I couldn't believe what I was hearing I was shocked and speechless if they planned on discharging me it should have been done in December not February this is not right I will not find a doctor in less then two weeks I have never felt so belittled in my life by someone that should be there to help not make me feel like shit he didn't even let me get a word in I'm baffled and disgusted with his service this should not be someone that should work in a place where there suppose to help patients not make them feel worthless very disappointed both of my parents are lawyers and this will not go unseen nor forgotten! read more

Been going here for years, Dr. Buck and Dr. Pello are the best, always caring and thorough. I have a condition that will continue to worsen but they keep me going! Front office staff have always been pleasant, but it is a very busy office so no time for chit chat. I would highly recommend if you have back problems. read more

The only positive thing that I can say is that Dr. Pello was amazing!! Other than that, this office and practice are the WORSE!!! I was supposed to receive a note from one of the ladies in the office. She was supposed to get it to me within a week. She NEVER bothered to call me and tell me that she was missing information (which she was not) and then sat on the phone with me and was typing notes and dating them back to when calls were supposed to have been made! I found this out the next time I called!! She is no longer working there!! Then...I started getting a bill for services from over a year ago. I paid it twice and twice received a refund. I called and spoke to Melissa who told me that I had a zero balance and the bill was a mistake. But...the next month I get another bill. I called again and spoke with Melissa who told me that she made a mistake and that the bill was correct. I asked if she was going to inform me of this and she told me that she called me (but yet I have NO missed call from the office). I spoke to multiple other people about this and was told I would hear back but NO ONE bothers to return calls. So, since Feb 11, I have spoken with Melissa, Holly, Patricia, Kelsey, Nicole, Theresa and Ellen. Ellen is the office manager who I let know that I was unhappy since NO ONE bothers to return my calls (OVER A $15.60 bill) and she assured me that she would call me back!! Guess what...she didn't bother either! I called her today (March 29) and she said that she was working on it. I told her that my complaint is that no one bothers to return calls and she said she would keep me updated and I had to call her back. NOW...I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that I need to call one of the other offices to try to reach them. Why am I doing this???? The only thing that this office is good at is sending bills!!! Customer service is VERY low priority!!!! If you want to have a hassle with billing, then go here otherwise seek other doctors!!
