So I went and found many vendors inside the building and few stationed outside the building. Lots of interesting stuff, The majority of the vendors had very fair prices but a few were ridiculous. Some of these sellers have been watching too many episodes of "American Pickers" and they think old rusty tools and old oil cans are made of gold. Besides that, the fairgrounds were clean and free of debris, so wheelchairs could be maneuvered without too much difficulty plus plenty of parking. All in all, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

They are a favorite place to stop on First Fridays, when I can hardly get in the door! And the stream of new and fun fashions and accessories is non-stop. Service is friendly and personal, too. Still one of my favorite stops. This is like shopping in a dear friend's great closet. Although the store is tiny, the variety always surprises me, and the service can't be beat. I find interesting items I find nowhere else, and while their prices are consistent with other stores, their sale items make them more affordable. There is even a comfortable place to sit! I have purchased tops, purses, outerwear, scarves, jewelry, and other items. Easy to miss since it is north of Casa Bonita and before the train tracks, up a couple of stairs. But with such a uniquely-vintage location and terrific items and service, it is worth the extra steps. Easy parking right in front, or in the copious parking lots around the corner on Lake Street. No I do not work for them - I am just a huge fan and want to be sure they stay in town!

My texts were ignored when asking status of my sales. I moved out of state and thought I was leaving items with an honest person that would pay me for sold goods. I am in town for Thanksgiving and called Nina for status and payment, said she would call back was busy with a customer. Never called back. Stopped there yesterday and requested payment. Was told she would Zelle by the close of the day. I have contacted the Grayslake Police dept and they recently have other complaints of nonpayment and rude behavior. It is suspected that this business is failing.

They take pride in their offerings. They have a section of used & donated goods for resale all neatly displayed and hung up. I have found 2 authentic Coach purses in great condition for only $5 each!!! Then they have a retail section in which you can grab brand new items from the shelf just like at a big box store but at a vastly discounted price. I have already purchased many items that will be under my tree. Now for the best part, they have bins which contain anything & everything. All items in the bins are a flat price based on the day of the week, Fri $10 - Sat $8 - Sun $6 - Mon $4 - Tues $2 you then decide if you want the item at $10 on Fri or take a chance to see if it's still there for $2 Tues. I have found some amazing brand new items on my last couple of Friday visits such as a $278 Michael Kors wallet, $470 foot/leg circulation machine, $169 roller skates, $60 under cabinet pullout organizer and MANY more all for $10 or less!!!
