Since I was "behind" on payment, they put a red lock on my storage so I couldn't gain access. I paid yesterday and when I got there today, the lock was still on. I called multiple times and also texted. Finally got an answer. I told her I was there with my U-Haul and her response was "I know" She proceeds to tell me how I missed two payments. I said it's paid in full. She responded with "you JUST paid it yesterday. I said "that's why I'm here TODAY. THEN she tells me that the entire issue ME and I caused this and I'll have to just wait. I told her that she should work on our customer service skills and then said "F*CK, I have to wait an hour?" She called me back and told me her customer service skills were just fine, and now her husband is upset and on his way up, about 15 minutes. I said... I understand, I apologize for cussing. it was unnecessary and I will wait until your husband to get here. She said "be gentle with him, he'a not happy with you" UM. OK. He gets out of his truck, I get out of the U-Haul. As I'm saying thank you, he starts storming toward me. I got back in the truck and stood on the side steps. He stuck his finger in my face and said fuck you bitch I said, excuse me He said fuck you bitch, you don't talk to my associate like that I said... I said "You mean your wife? He said fuck you and I screamed. Fuck you. Then he said you're a fucking entitled bitch and you can wait for me to open this up. He started going back to his truck I pulled out my phone and said what gives you the right to call me an entitled bitch? Bill was so apologetic about something totally out of his control.
