Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. After, I hung up the phone I checked the Product Information online and called two other companies and all of them verified that Ideal Image had informed me incorrectly about the contraindication. I called back to Ideal Image to report my confusion. I was told that it is an extra contraindication for their practice. I was correct that it isn't a contraindication from the product manufacturer. My biggest concern was the pain but he numbed my mouth first with a few injections that were SO TINY- I couldn't even tell anything was touching my mouth and I am a baby when it comes to that stuff. I am even scared of going to the dentist. The actual injection was completely painless as well and quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He warned me I might feel some tender spots and I didn't even feel that. The healing process was easier than expected too. I was swollen the first night and bruised the next couple days but completely fine after 4. I was worried they weren't going to be as big as I wanted once the healing process started but at my 2 week mark today- I am so happy with the results.
