The assured me that it was covered as was my visit. I repeated that I only wanted to proceed if my insurance covered the process. Again, they assured me that it would. They lied. Neither the x-ray or the visit was covered. I would absolutely not recommend this facility.

The leg pumps (which I paid $230) for only worked 9 out of the 14 days I was to wear them. I definitely recommend Dr Morris and other Drs at JIS, but this is something they need to address.

I have foot drop on my right foot from a fall about 2.5 years ago. My orthotic had rubbed, and my neuropathy prevented me from realizing how bad it was. The doctors said they were going to have to amputate the foot. I wanted Dr. Feibel to look at it. Not only did he say it didn't need to be amputated , but he could help with the drop foot by lengthening the Achilles Tendon and I would walk more normally again. The wound is now completely healed, and it was down to the bones and tendons. I am now walking almost normally with no aid of a cane or other device. I am doing PT and will continue for a couple more months. Dr Feibel saved my foot. He is kind and comforting. His staff is amazing! They go above and beyond what I would have expected. I would Highly recommend Dr. Feibel with your care. He will treat you like family and take care of your foot, ankle, and leg with expertise and care that is hard to find these days. My daughter kept nudging me to exclaim how "nice" each person was to her. Dr. Blackwell, his PA and Sam, who helped fit her with a knee brace, took great care of my daughter. I never felt anyone was in a hurry and they each took so much time to listen to and assess her thoroughly. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine
