I've been coming to PacificCryo since February and it has worked wonders. I would say coming consistantly helped reduce the cramping during my menstrual cycle and overall just made me feel great. So my "period" sucks, I'm a heavy bleeder and pop Ibuprofen for at least 3 days straight all day during my period. Since going cryotherapy I still bleed regularly but I don't have as much pain. It seems like I medicate for one day and that's it. It's amazing. I recommend it for those who suffer from bad menstrual cramps. My teenage son had a football related injury during practice. He started physical therapy and was struggling with the movements the PT was having him do. A friend mentioned cryotherapy as an option for additional treatments. Wanting to make sure I did everything I could to help him heal to 100% so he wouldn't be out before the season even started, I started researching where I could find cryotherapy near me and came across this place...when I called for info-Erick the owner was extremely helpful over the phone, answered all my questions and was very flexible around my work schedule to get my son in for his first appointment. He had my son also try compression therapy out during the first visit in addition to the cryo... Because you can't physically SEE any healing happening, and because I wasn't the one who personally had the treatment done, it was hard for me to gauge whether or not this stuff worked and had to drill my son as to how he was feeling... Immediately after the first day, he said he felt the tension in his shoulder gone, he was able to do movement in his arm that he hadn't prior. We booked consecutive appointments for following days to continue to treat him. I'm not saying this was all an immediate fix, it will obviously take time to heal, but in addition to physical therapy and adjunct therapy in coming here, I'm confident he will heal well. Man, where to start. Came here due to inflammation on my knee (2 repeated torn ACL's), nagging pain as well as loss of range of motion. Avid basketball player and runner, the knee just tend to act up at times. The combination of Normatec Compression as well as the Cryotherapy machine was an absolute must. At first, I was skeptical...due to standing in the south pole for a minute or two but after stepping out and continuing on with my day, the knee pain subsided. Frequent visits along with stretching and icing at home helped me get back into the swing of things.
