One of the homes I was interested in included an inspection provided by Insight, and I was impressed by the detailed explanations, depth, recommendations, and good photos. I called to schedule an appointment. Richard, the owner, answered the phone. He was professional, polite, and accommodating; he scheduled an appointment immediately (my offer period on the house was very short, and Richard was willing to work with my demanding schedule)! When I showed up on the day of inspection, Richard was already there and starting the dishwasher and other time consuming checks. He wasted no time at all!
