This company was hired by my property management company to replace our dishwasher, stove top,…read moremicrowave and oven. They went above and beyond to install everything just right, and I could not be happier. We even had to hire an electrician to upgrade the electrical outlets in the kitchen, and they were able to coincide appointments just right. In addition, the dishwasher, since it is recycled, had a part that needed replacing. It took a while for the part to arrive due to the Covid-19 situation, but the part finally arrived from WA. Josh, the repair technician, came to replace the part, worked diligently to resolve it ASAP, and then it worked just right. Other than the dishwasher, all the other appliances have worked just fine. Now since the dishwasher just had a part replaced, it has been acting up again, so I had to call again for another repair appointment. I'm confident that it will get resolved as they have been great since the beginning. Thank you for the wonderful service and the ongoing support.

That all changed yesterday when we made a donation of quite a bit of electronic goods from my parents home. There are carts outside to leave your donations but make sure to follow the rules and guidelines online about what you can leave and what items like LCD screens and monitors have a fee for donating. Inside the Reuseum is a treasure trove of all sorts of electronic goodies from years past. If you're an electronic enthusiast, you will find yourself here for awhile reminiscing about the past and how much electronics has changed over the years. I happen to find two Polaroid cameras from the early 1960s and quickly snapped them up. If you're not looking for nostalgia but actually need a particular cable à la Fry's Electronics, you'll most likely find it here. Reuseum is a cool place and definitely warrants a visit if you have a fondness for all things electronically.

And if they do take them, they charge you plenty. Government rules they tell me. I hope most everybody's caught on by now. The thrift stores, St. Vincent in particular, will take smart devices only. The county dump will take all such devices, but if you want to do that for free, make sure it's the only sort of thing you have in the truck. Cannot do an electronics run and an ordinary trash run at the same time. Other than that, the Reuseum is kind of awesome.

Decided to donate could not return since installed then they said they have too many not even looking at them in the original boxes. It Just floors me these donation places turn away excellent relevant like new products. I wouldn't waste your time donating to this place guess they only accept gold bars or cash. I initially stumbled upon Diamond Street Recycling on Yelp (weird), I sent out a message and within hours Tifani was in contact and was welcoming with all my questions. After a few back and forth exchanges with prices and measurements I called to make an order! Tifani was great! I ordered and two days later I had my top soil delivered. Delivery day the driver called to let me know when he would arrive (I had a window of time). When the driver arrived we chatted briefly, I directed him where to put the top soil and he was out of there! Because of this great experience I want to make up new projects in my yard that will need Diamond Street's material.

False advertising. It's 40 cents per pound of cans. I made a whopping $2.50 for my school. 2. Hours. They close at 5. Gates locked. Very inconvenient. Missed them by 1 minute three days in a row. 3. Confusing drop off procedures. Wandered around with my cans until a nice lady helped me. 4. Gas + Time spent + false advertising = unhappy customer experience = won't be back.

Although 24 hour access is not an option here, they do make the units plenty available outside of their office hours. I mean, really, who needs to get into their storage unit at midnight anyways? When you rent a unit, you are given an individual access code that opens the drive up the security gate. There are plenty of cameras around so little goes unnoticed. The property is kept very clean and tidy; I did not see one piece of litter on the entire property. Here is what makes them special. Service. Storage units are at a premium here in Boise, so if you find one available, it won't be for long. I rented a unit for two months and paid the security deposit and both months all at once. The manager, who is both very kind and professional, informed me at my signing that they "like" 30 days notice if they can get it before termination. Long story short, two weeks later I learned I would not need the unit at all. I gave them a call to inform them and they were over-the-moon fair in refunding my prepaid rent. They had every opportunity to make easy money and instead, they chose to provide a fair neighborly solution; I like that kind of business. I got the feeling this is just how they operate as a business every day. I like that. :) Go prepared, they do not accept credit cards, but will accept your check or of course cash.
