I initially stumbled upon Diamond Street Recycling on Yelp (weird), I sent out a message and within hours Tifani was in contact and was welcoming with all my questions. After a few back and forth exchanges with prices and measurements I called to make an order! Tifani was great! I ordered and two days later I had my top soil delivered. Delivery day the driver called to let me know when he would arrive (I had a window of time). When the driver arrived we chatted briefly, I directed him where to put the top soil and he was out of there! Because of this great experience I want to make up new projects in my yard that will need Diamond Street's material.

This company was hired by my property management company to replace our dishwasher, stove top,…read moremicrowave and oven. They went above and beyond to install everything just right, and I could not be happier. We even had to hire an electrician to upgrade the electrical outlets in the kitchen, and they were able to coincide appointments just right. In addition, the dishwasher, since it is recycled, had a part that needed replacing. It took a while for the part to arrive due to the Covid-19 situation, but the part finally arrived from WA. Josh, the repair technician, came to replace the part, worked diligently to resolve it ASAP, and then it worked just right. Other than the dishwasher, all the other appliances have worked just fine. Now since the dishwasher just had a part replaced, it has been acting up again, so I had to call again for another repair appointment. That all changed yesterday when we made a donation of quite a bit of electronic goods from my parents home. There are carts outside to leave your donations but make sure to follow the rules and guidelines online about what you can leave and what items like LCD screens and monitors have a fee for donating. Inside the Reuseum is a treasure trove of all sorts of electronic goodies from years past. If you're an electronic enthusiast, you will find yourself here for awhile reminiscing about the past and how much electronics has changed over the years. I happen to find two Polaroid cameras from the early 1960s and quickly snapped them up. If you're not looking for nostalgia but actually need a particular cable à la Fry's Electronics, you'll most likely find it here. Reuseum is a cool place and definitely warrants a visit if you have a fondness for all things electronically.

The county dump will take all such devices, but if you want to do that for free, make sure it's the only sort of thing you have in the truck. We needed some heavy furniture moved so they did a quick size-up of what was needed and where to put it. He and his helper took care and didn't hit any walls or scratch anything. They worked quickly to the point that I wanted them to take a break. As I said this stuff was very heavy and was not easy to maneuver. Also, they happily moved other small items for us. They wanted half of the quote money up front, did not even have half of our belongings listed and the CU (cubic units) was short, about 1,000 cu. Plus, other issues we will not mention. We felt they lacked proper communication and dealings were not professional from our standpoint. My husband contacted "VALLEY CUSTOM MOVERS" from Nampa, ID and we cannot say enough great things about them. Corey is one of the owners. came to our home and physically walked through and listed everything with us. He listened, answered all our questions and always personally returned all our calls after were gave him the job. Yes, their quote was right on, matched everything we wanted moved and the quote was a very great price for what we needed. His crew did complete packing, loading and storing all belongings in their warehouse until we have a new home out of state. On our job we had 1 owner & 5 crew members and each one of them were very efficient in what they were doing. They each knew what needed to be done. The packing of our home (1,900+ sq ft) home was completed in about 5 hours. The next day it only took them about 2 hours + to load 2 trucks and take our belongings to their warehouse. My husband was thrilled with their professionalism, quality of work and how they each asked questions. To be sure that what was being moved would go into the trucks and items that needed to be left. They are like a one shop move with the same crew packing, loading, storing and delivering our belongings to our new home and setting up all our furniture. They all get an A+ rating from us from Tara in the office to Corey and the other owners and all their crew.
